Yes this panel comes with the main breaker at the top with the feed through lugs on the bottom of the bus bars. Thanks for the question. We will look in publishing the interior of all of our panels. I'm not sure, but I ran 4/0 aluminum to a sub panel and had plenty of room making up the wire in the lugs provided. Keep in mind that the box has a 200 amp main so there's not much point in running cable larger, even with a distance of 220'. I've used two of these panels and am totally satisfied with performance.
No it does not. It comes with a 200 amp main breaker...nothing else.
Hi John, yes they can. We appreciate your business and look forward to serving you in the future. Thank you for shopping Home Depot!
No 2" connector, Doug. It has a flat plate that screws down at the top. You'll have to purchase that separately.
Yes you can
I love this panel. I used this panel next to my meter as a main disconnect for my 4000 square foot house. The feed thru lugs feed a subpanel in my workshop. The eight 1" breaker spaces feed my water pump, storage shed, house subpanel, and an exterior receptacle, with one empty space left. The main breaker shuts down the entire panel, including the feed thru lugs. The 200 amp main is in fact a 2 pole breaker...the large size is because of it's amperage capacity.
Yes, it does have feed thru lugs. I used this panel for the same application, installed next to my meter base and used as a main disconnect. It's a great deal on a panel with hard to find feed thru lugs.
I don't know about the generator interlock kit, but I used this panel next to my meter to feed three subpanels, including the main distribution panel inside the house.
