Taking accurate measurements in your home is critical when purchasing a new refrigerator. Here are step by step instructions on how to do it correctly.
Please ensure the following prior to delivery:
- Water connection kit required
- 110V-grounded, 3-prong electrical outlet
- Water valve (shutoff) within 6 ft. of hook up
- Measure the delivery path and new appliance area to make sure that your refrigerator will fit perfectly

The refrigerator works and looks fine , I just thought I had received the wrong one after they brought it in . I double checked the product number and it did match . I did have an issue with the delivery guys because a neighbor let us know that they had dropped it . After they left I found a bent bottom corner which I reported and they knocked a small amount off the price . I didn't want to go through the hassle of changing it out and waiting for the second one to get cold enough .

Recently bought this refrigerator, worst quality ever! The shrink wrap was attached to the refrigerator to protect the stainless before pieces put together, therefore there is edges of pink shrink wrap around all the seals and edges. Also When you pull the freezer door open the entire refrigerator rolls forward towards you.

Our suggestion is to use a razor blade to score the packing film around the edges so you can remove it. You can also try removing the rest of the film with tweezers.
The rollers on the your refrigerator do not have locks. Due to the size of the doors and the strength of the door gaskets, it is possible that it may roll or move when one of the doors is opened so use caution when using a refrigerator installed on a hard floor. A piece of wood, a small wood wedge, or plastic furniture coaster with felt on the bottom may be placed under the wheels. Re-level the refrigerator if necessary. We love our new fridge. Especially love the features and the attractive design! Bought all GE profile appliances when we built our house, except the fridge. Our fridge was only three years old then, so we did not replace, but it was not a GE. Now all of my appliances match and are GE Profile.
The hands free feature on the water dispenser is great! You just place your container or glass in the opening and the sensor automatically fills it, and you can walk away while it is filling. Also love the door in door feature. If I just want to get milk or condiments, I don't have to open the main door. I love the feature where you can slide the shelf back to put in a tall item, without having to adjust a shelf. This thing is HUGE on the inside...so much room in the top and the freezer!! Great purchase and I highly recommend!!
