Quality Control Inspection?
The French doors do not line up with each other. One side is visibly lower than the other. I wonder what quality control inspection consists of?? The refrigerator is sort of noisy compared to our 20-year-old model. Other than those 2 things, we like the refrigerator so far.

Ge profile
I’ve had my refrigerator do at least 7-8 years. It has stopped cooling in the top part spoiling the foods in the top and started freezing in the vegetable/ produce drawers just awful.

Expensive/ Loud & Issues have started in year 2
What I like: The LED lighting in the refrigerator is nice - no food or drink will hide in this fridge. Being able to lock the water dispenser/ ice dispenser is really nice for those toddler days. Slate finish hides those finger prints.
What I don't like: The ice dispenser - is extremely noisy and will often run without dispensing ice. You'll get a couple cubes then wait 10 - 15 seconds while it continues to run only to get 2 more cubes. My parents bought a GE side by side model which was half the price of ours and their ice dispenser is quiet and consistent in dispensing ice.
What I really dislike: about 15 months after purchase/ install the freezer started forming this ice block

Like GE but...
French doors are adjustable up & down to level the 2 doors but the top of the doors cannot be adjusted left to right. The gap between the 2 doors on ours is wider at the bottom than at the top and the upper left shelf scrapes the right door when opening. I really do not see any difference with the "Turbo Cooling." Temp in the fridge is consistently 3-5 degrees warmer than setting. During dinner prep temp will climb to 43 and it takes hours to get back down to 39. The 'auto fill' water sensor stops about half the time with an error code. Frost is forming on the ice maker door seal.

Has Faulty Door - Hoping to have it Replaced
It seems like a nice refrigerator - much like the GE Cafe' refrigerator we have at our other house (which we like). The right hand door on this fridge has something wrong with it. It doesn't line up with the door on the left, and it seems to bind when you try to close it - like it is warped or there is something wrong with the construction. The company I purchased it from is ordering me a new door, but it doesn't speak much for the quality of the product. Once this is fixed, I might boost my rating of the product.
