3weeks of use - parts are on indefinite backorder
GE service has been helpful, ThankYou! The machine bwas great for 3 weeks. The dryer quit first, compressor went out. Then the computer touch screen went on the frizt. Power would come on but no commands would work. Parts are now on indefinte back order. Waiting to hear back from GE service regarding an exchange.

UPDATE: Parts on back order -indefinitely
Customer service has been pleasant to deal with and have had great maintenance technicians! Used the dryer 3weeks approx, when it quit drying. The compressor has quit. Also the touch screen computer board is on the fritz. The power comes on but no buttons will work. Also door locks and will not open without unplugging machine and waiting for reset. Im not sure what parts on indefinite back order but waiting to hear back regarding an exchange.

Machine Is a Game Changer
We were skeptical about buying the Machine, but then decided to buy it, delivery was great.
When we loaded our 1st load of laundry and started it and it finished, we wrre shocked how easy it was to use.
Just load your clothes then choose your setting Normal if your loading a normal amount of clothes the hit start, it's easy ad that.
My Wife and I are very happy with the Machine like the title says it's a game changer.
Load your machine set it and forget it, when you go back the clothes are dry.

Mind Blown!
My mind is blown and I will never go back! This allows you to think about one less thing through this day and that is a good thing! More space in my laundry room, no vent, no detergent dumping every time!

GE quality control is lacking
Got the washer today delivered by a local appliance company. The box appeared to be in good shape and no visible damage. Threw the first load of laundry in and the washer instantly leaked massively from the front door. Upon further inspection the washer was dented and damaged under the load door. The load door is undamaged and this must have left the factory this way. Disappointed.
