1st it leaked. 2 weeks to get someone to fix it. Then noticed that the top corner of the fridge door is not closed. The weather proofing type stuff on freezer has 1 corner that looks melted. Scuff marks on inside of fridge ice maker!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!! Got the run around from homedpot long enough for it not to be covered by ge

Love it. Use it as a conversational prop when the subject of coffee , donuts, and the like does come up.

We purchased the complete GE Profile appliance package in 2018. We also purchased the 3 year warranty. The 3 year warranty includes the 1 year manufacturer warranty, it does not extend it. We have multiple service calls on the fridge and dishwasher, one call on the microwave and it appears the heating element is going in the oven. Absolute junk! Between the 5 fans in the fridge and the mother board in both the fridge and dishwasher..... it is just one thing after another.

So glad we decided to purchase this refrigerator. We were forced to replace/upgrade our double oven, and we chose GE. This matching refrigerator is perfect and has not disappointed us at all. It has performed beautifully.

Love the k cup feature. That’s why I bought this fridge. Only complaint is that it only makes 10 oz. cup of coffee. I need to add water because it’s too strong for my taste. Other than that, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

It looks amazing and feels amazing. The only down side is the Keurig feature which I love is restricted to 6,8 or 10 oz dispense measurements and honestly it doesn’t measure these correctly. I would much prefer having 8,10 & 12 since I like to fill a cup of coffee without having to do 2 6 or a 6 and 8.

We have really enjoyed our new GE refrigerator. We love the Keurig feature on the front. It is smaller on the inside then I would’ve hoped but still provides plenty of room for two of us. One thing that I would like to see is that the ability to remove the plastic covering the easier in the future as you peel it off and it sticks in the crevices and I don’t know how to get it out. Other than that it is a great appliance.

We had the exact same one and the buyers wanted it when we sold our home to them. We decided to buy the same for our new house bc we loved it however after installation I noticed all film all over the refrigerator that was not removed. There was tape all inside, I had to clean and install the door storage bins and they didn’t show us how to use the Kurig (we didn’t have that feature before). So refrig a 5 and installation a 2 because I’m never going to be able to remove all that film ever.... it’s all stuck in there. very disappointed this is how my new refrigerator looks in my new house :(

I recently purchased a new home. The features in this “smart home” are all top notch, so I wasn’t surprised that they chose GE appliances. The refrigerator is incredible with many features, INCLUDING a built in Kuerig coffee maker! I know and trust the GE name and have for many years!

This review is more on the initial impressions with the unit since we just received it. We really wanted to stick with GE profile since all the appliances in the new house are also GE. We had to order this sight unseen, and really wanted counter depth since we have the built-in appliance package already for the ovens. Look and feel - Simple lines and look match other GE appliances perfectly and appreciate the color matching control panel to simplify the overall look. Inside - Lighting is nice, although do prefer the back lighting available in other units. Shelving is flexible and adequate for a counter depth fridge, although does have a less premium plastic feel to drawers. Functionality - Like the overall design of the in door ice maker and working very well so far. Expecting the capacity of the ice maker to be on par with other in door systems, but unlike other units the design of the ice bin makes removing much easier due to door latch and simple design of the bin. The bin is small as to be expected, so will need another option if doing any entertaining to supplement. In door coffee maker - OK, so we went with this unit feeling like the coffee maker would be a gimmicky thing that would be fun to use occasionally but not expecting much from it. So far we have been very pleasantly surprised how useful this has been. We don't have a ton of counter space, so anything we can keep off the counters the better. The water heats much quicker than expected (probably 3 or 4 minutes), and the K-Cup holder is simple to use. Gotta say, kind of a home run here, just hope this proves reliable in the long term. The ability to schedule hot water makes a big difference as well. Wifi Connectivity - The GE app on iOS is better than I expected. If you have other GE WiFi enabled appliances makes the system much more useful. So far we have paired 1 fridge, washer, dryer and double oven. All pairing went perfectly and proving reliable and useful. Smart Home integration is still a long way away from simple and need to be tech inclined to make everything work well together (in our new home right now I have 10 different apps to manage different smart devices - kind of a nightmare but works if you are patient enough). Noise - I wouldn't call it loud and wouldn't say it is quiet either. You can certainly tell that it is running when everything is quiet in the house (which is rare), but not anything I would call annoying. There are no rattles, clicks, or other type sounds making it feel or sound cheap. Hope this helps anyone debating as I was for a long time of which unit to go with.
