A:  Hi there! Thank you for being part of the GEA family. Please know that this is normal operation. The grease screens underneath the hood do not pull air equally. The design of the PVX7300 has the intake for the single blower offset from the center toward the left side. This will result in a much stronger pull on the left side than the right side. However, the overall capture of the smoke is very good on this model. The airflow into the hood will set up a draft that pulls the smoke from both sides of the cooking surface. A:  Hello - we checked the installation instructions, and we can confirm that the vent hood would work with your 3-1/4" x 10" exhaust opening. This hood is designed to be vented vertically using a 7" round duct or a 3-1/4” x 10” rectangular duct or horizontally using a 3-1/4” x 10” rectangular duct. A:  Hi there, thanks for asking; we can understand wanting to check on this. Yes, grease filters are supposed to come with the unit. You should not operate your hood without these grease filters in place. If you did not receive these upon delivery, we'd recommend reaching out to Home Depot to see if they can assist you in getting these parts. If they are unable to help, then please send us a private message on social media with your complete model and serial numbers as well as a copy of your question here. Hope this helps!
