Very disappointed. I had very High expectations
Great design quiet and efficient. I have a bedroom about 300sqf or less and the ac is 8100 btu and it definitely does not cool it off less than 67 degrees it feels under power my first con then the second con is the HomeKit only thing you can do with it is just turn it on or off and set the temp no modes control no fan controls I know HomeKit may fan controls limitations but at least should be able to change modes seems like they just slapped the bear minimum effort on what it could be a real nice unit because the design is perfect but seems ge sacrificed on performance for the quiet feature seems like. and like I said homekit it was just slapped on to boost sales a very lazy effort on what it could be a great unit

Leaks
It leaks from the front. I have it tilted correctly and it’s brand new, so this shouldn’t be an issue. I saw other reviews having the same issue

If water is dripping inside of the room:
- The air conditioner may be installed so that it is tilted slightly into the room. It should be level or tilted slightly to the outside (about 1/4 inch) so that any excess water will drip outside rather than leak into the room.
- A dirty air filter can cause moisture to collect and drip on the floor inside the room.

Best Quiet Window Air conditioner
We’ve had several window AC’s but this is our favorite. It is actually quieter than others we’ve had. After we cool the room on high, we turn to quiet fan mode that continues to cool but reduces noise even further. When the compressor turns on it’s still quieter than other models we’ve owned. Cools efficiently. Like that the air flow can be adjusted to blow up or down.

Design causes mold
Ordered in May 2022, had installed for 3 months. Had proper tilt for drainage, etc. mold is growing on the fan and directional blades due to the fact that water is able to be thrown from the condenser up on to the interior fan.

GREAT AC...but not those w Bad Eyesight!
As someone who has only ever owned old style window ACs, this was a very pleasant surprise at how QUIET & EFFICIENT it is.
The only drawback is the hard to see Display on Top which is VERY DIM. So if you have POOR EYESIGHT or are ELDERLY this is not the easiest to use.
And the REMOTE of course is REALLY hard to read!!! It was designed with STYLE in mind, I believe.
But for my purpises it works very very well!!!

Love it!
This is the best window unit I have ever bought! The ability to set up a schedule on the app makes cooling the apartment easy as pie. 100% recommend it to everyone of my friends who are looking for an upgrade! Also, the integration with Apple Home & Siri commands puts this product over the top! One happy camper! :)

Poor Quality Control, Needs redesigned…
This Unit looks good, and is extremely quiet. What I don’t like is having to use the fan mode to see the temperature in the room. In cool mode, it only displays the temperature the unit is set at to cool. The installation parts, the accordion side panels seem like they don’t belong with this A/C they’re so cheaply made. The design of the louvers is not good. Needs one more on the top to redirect the air from blowing behind window blind. Also, 2 screws into the radiator. Returning to Home Depot.

Unit Freezing At Night! DEFECTIVE!
This unit sounds like it is clogged and filled with water every night. We turn it on at 9pm and by midnight to 3am our room becomes a furnace and I wake up drenched. When I place my hands near the vents I feel almost no air. I only bought this AC because I already owned 4 of the prior smart models which I could no longer find for sale. This model IS NOT an upgrade unless mine is defective which it probably is. The vent also only points up or 45° forward. Not to the side. Hoping T can be returned
