This prybar is pretty heavy duty.it extends from 18 inches to 29 inches long and the pry head has 14 different positions that range 180°. I used this recently to tear down an old shead and it worked perfect.it has a lifetime warranty and can be used for any kind of project you can make it work for. whether you use it for the demo or pulling seals this is the prybar for you.

This useful pry bar solves a major problem because it is adjustable in both length and angle. When prying in confined spaces a short pry bar is needed, but for prying reluctant parts a long pry bar is needed. The adjustments on this bar mean that a single pry bar can now tackle a much wider range of tasks. The two buttons on the pry bar allow both adjustments to be made, and when released the pry bar is locked in a new configuration. The sturdy construction suggests a long life for this versatile tool.

This is a nice little product to have, I wouldn't really try to pry things that were really heavy. The nice thing about it is that it does adjust in length as was as the neck pivots. This is good in tight spaces or in place where a straight bar just doesn't have the way of getting a good bite. This tool is also a bit heavy but not exceptionally heavy. Once again it is probably best to use a solid crow bar for the really heavy stuff.

This review is for a GearWrench adjustable 18 in. x 29 in. Extendable Indexing Pry Bar. This pry bar has a handle that is rubber coated and can extend from 18” to 29” in small increments by pressing the button on the top of the handle. In addition to being able to extend the bar the pry head itself is also adjustable by pressing a button which adjusts the angle of the pry head. This makes it a whole lot easier to get into those hard to reach places at just the right angle. This pry bar is well made, has good weight and balance and should be good for light to medium jobs requiring a pry bar. This would be a great addition to any DIY’ers Tool Chest.

This is a solid pry bar from GearWrench. It is extendable up to 29 inches. That provides enough leverage for most of the tasks I use it for. The angle of the head can be adjusted to 14 different positions. When the whole thing is retracted, it fits easily in my toolbox. It is heavy and definitely feels solid. From what I have observed with this, and other GearWrench tools, is that they make really good products at reasonable prices.

This pry bar is a handy extendable bar that is easy to store. This pry bar goes from 20- inches to33 - inches, and you can adjust the head to 14 different positions. The GearWrench pry bar comes with a knurled handle grip which comes in handy when your hands greasy or you have oil on them. You could also remove large axle or engines seals with the indexable head in tight places. Overall this is easy to store and use versatile pry bar.

The Gear Wrench 82220 extendable pry bar was one main item missing in my tool box. This is slicker than sliced bread. The head has a full 180 degree rotation with 14 locking positions. The handle can extend from 20 in. to 33 in in a blink of an eye. Stought, well made and with a knurled handle for added security makes it a great pry bar and it looks good too!

This is a heavily constructed GearWrench brand model #82220 adjustable pry bar made in Taiwan for Apex Tool Group of Apex, N,C. The bar has a rubber covered handle that extends easily from 20" to 30 " in many small increments by pressing a button and the pry head itself also easily adjusts the head angle by also pressing another button. It is a relatively small size pry bar designed for smaller pry jobs and is easy to handle and feels well made, heavy duty, and substantial. This pry bar would be a welcome addition to any garage tool collection and at 20" can fit in many tool cabinet drawers. Priced at under $58 in July of 2019, I think this is a quality tool that I am impressed with and that I would recommend.

Adjustable Prybar Gearwrench 82220
Very usefull at work and for vehicle repair. The specs are off the handle length locks at 26 positions from 20-7/8" to 33-5/8". The pry foot end pivots and locks at 14 positions. The back of pry foot has small groves to help hold it in position and is also heavier made than competitive copies. I like it so much I want to get the bigger one next.
