I have 3 cars with the same transverse mounted V6. The rear spark plugs are a bear to get to. The last thing you want to have is a spark plug socket that comes off of the extension in a deep well or to constantly drop the plug because the rubber gripper is loose. These Gearwrench universal sockets solve both of these issues and more. The magnet holds the plug securely for installation and when it's time to remove the wrench, no problem. The design of the universal joint is also much more usable than either the "knuckle" style or the swivel extensions.
