This generator is easy to start. Kinda heavy, but has wheels to pull it. This is the second one shipped to me from the manufacturer in which the face plate was cracked. If the manufacturer reads this, please pass to your assembly line to be more careful with a $1000 generator.

I have put over 6 hours on the generator breaking it in. I pulled the panels and checked for loose wiring and screws. Everything looks great so far. The gen starts right up and though not as quiet as my 23 year old Honda 3000i it is not loud. It is capable of starting 2 of my 3 RV ACs on separate legs easily with much less voltage drop than the Honda does starting one AC. I wish it had a fuel shut off like my Honda but I have played with the dial enough to be able to run it dry. It has exceeded my expectations.

      Returned it
This little generator look like just what I needed. But when I started it up, it was backfiring, running rough, would not stay on for long. Genmax supper was responsive and supportive, but they could not fix the problem. I eventually returned it to HD. Home Depot was great on the return. I think it was a quality control problem with the carberator when it was installed at the factory. I will look for another brand.
