Great Rain Head
There is a lot to love about the Giving Tree rain-head shower and hand-held sprayer. The 12" square rain head has 169 spray nozzles and they provide ample water for a rain-effect shower. The hand-held spray head gives a powerful blast of water that can spray 10+ feet away! Installation is via a single-sheet pictogram drawing and is straight-forward. The escutcheon is labeled (as is tradition) with H(ot) to the left and C(old) to the right. The valve clearly indicates the hot input is on the left with a red rubber piece, and cold on the right with a blue rubber piece, but once the single-handle control is attached you must turn it toward the C on the escutcheon to receive hot water through the shower head or hand-held sprayer. The finish is brushed nickel and is flawless. This unit is well-built despite the basic plumbing error in input labeling which can be easily corrected if the installer knew ahead of time.

Absolutely stunning quality
Didn't know what to expect when I got this but this is absolutely top quality in such fine well made shower set. It comes absolutely complete with everything you need including a new shower valve. The finish and quality is absolutely amazing everything is solid and made of metal, no cheap plastic. Everything is absolutely perfectly made and perfectly finished in a beautiful matte black. Stunning and modern this is absolutely nice. Completely satisfied with my purchase can't wait to see and my newly remodeled bathroom.

It’s a really nice looking showerhead,
It’s a really nice looking showerhead, and we’re look even better when it’s fully installed, this requires a licensed plumber, because the tile has to be taken down and pipes have to be routed to the handheld. It has a much higher flow rate than my previous showerhead, at 2 1/2 gallons a minute. The showerhead is bigger re-creating a rainfall, with a perfect hot and cold water mixture. It looks really nice clashing with the white tile, and it doesn’t show fingerprints or water spots.

Unique, sophisticated, modern shower set
First of all, let me say that I was so impressed as to how this shower set arrived. It was so neatly and elegantly packed. Every piece was perfectly protected from anything that could damage it. Each piece in its own cotton cloth. Perfect.
The rain shower head is huge. It is so pretty and huge. I didn’t lose any water pressure, in fact I think it made it evenly. When you have both shower heads running you don’t see any water pressure difference. The secondary shower head has enough of a hose you can move it around easily.
Ok, so everything in this set is made of metal, copper and brass. No plastic at all. Even the hose to the shower head is metal. It is top notch quality. Not bendable and anti rust parts. Very good quality. The finish to it is a beautiful matte black and easy to clean off fingerprints from it as well.
The design to this set is so modern and sleek. It is very pretty and once installed it takes it to another level.
So for installation you have to be very precise. The valve comes with its own unique measurements and you have to follow those very carefully so you have a leveled and flushed valve against the wall. Since we are remodeling our bathroom and we had a blank slate it was easier to install the valve from scratch. This set does come with its own valve so that is a huge plus. Instructions are included and easy to follow. However, since it does include those specific measurements and if you don’t have enough expertise then it is better to hire a professional for installation.
This set is well worth the money and your bathroom will look modern and elegant.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this shower set. I got no regrets and obsessed with it.

Quality High End Product
I picked up this shower head and valve combination for an upcoming bathroom remodel down at my Shore house. I have to say that I’m very impressed by the fit and finish and the quality of materials used to make this set. I haven’t had a chance to review the instructions to see how difficult it would be to install but I can’t imagine that it would be difficult. The showerhead itself is quite large which limits what applications you can use it for you have to have plenty of room to take advantage of it

Great shower set
We got this set for our master bathroom. We have changed to dark colors, when we saw this set it is what you see in a resort and I fell in love with it. Installing was rather difficult but it is because we don’t have a lot of access to our bathroom plumbing. The elements look great. The instructions that came with the set were not very good at all. It was only because my husband knew plumbing that he figured it out.

Beautifully made!
This is a great product made mostly out of 305 stainless steel and has a nice brushed nickel finish to it that seems to be scratch proof. I love the large square overhead shower head & the long arm that holds it. The hand held unit and its holder along with the hose feel very comfortable in the hand & the holder is well made & firm unit. Both the shower head & the hand held shower have either silicone or rubber orifice tips that can be rubber easily to keep any mineral deposits from forming on them. The back escutcheons on the arm & the hand held holder elbow are a square design which matches the rectangular escutcheon on the valve unit. The valve unit is made from different items (maybe brass or brass alloy and the housing box in the wall is a tough plastic. The stem units seem to be a mixture of plastic & metal). While the instructions give some detailed measurements in metric the descriptions are very simplified and some of the written words seem to have rough translation.

So awesome!
This shower kit is amazing, I still have to install it but the reason I got it is because I used one at a friends house. It has great pressure, I love that rains down from above but sometimes I prefer just to have a handheld sprayer. I’m redoing my bathroom and this is going to make my shower stand out. It’s all extremely high-quality. I install many Fossetts because I have a remodel business. This is the highest quality materials I’ve held at this point. Can’t wait to use it!

WOW.. This set is beyond nice even before it's installed!
The Giving Tree Matte Black Rain Shower and Handle might be my newest favorite item that I have gotten in the past year! The fit and finish of all the pieces is without a doubt the fanciest and luxurious item I have to date. I love the modern square design. Powder coating and finish are finished on the backside also, it's not just a face coating which is really nice that they took the time and did it right.
The packaging is something that you would expect from Apple! Each piece was individually wrapped in its own bag to protect it from any scratches! The look and operation of the handles are just super nice to look at, and I can not wait to get this baby installed in our master shower.
The valve cover had a built-in measuring level on it and helps to keep the valve clean when installing. It also has some marking to show where to place the tiles when installing the valve. Directions are nice and simple also. I honestly can't say enough nice things about this item.

Screeching loudly
Don’t get me wrong, when people stop into our bathroom they are very impressed with the beauty of this showerhead. However, the rain shower doesn’t have very good pressure and when you turn on the hot water it’s a very loud screeching noise. I know it’s going to be hundreds of dollars to replace and possibly ruin a new tile job so please be worth buying this.
