So extremely uncomfortable
It's very small. So extremely uncomfortable, can't really sit on it unless the sleeper is pulled out. There are like 2 spots on the couch you can sit without a middle bar digging into your hip or tailbone. The back cushions velcro on but haven't had a problem with them coming off with dogs and kids.

I did not get microfiber! I called trying to get...
I did not get microfiber! I called trying to get help and was told home depot only provides the product, the customer service person said "the description says microfiber " i told her im sitting on it, its not microfiber. She said "i dont know, sorry." I have a sofa i could have paid 600 for, but i paid 1000, I feel ripped off!

Smaller than we thought
This is one of those things where we knew from the measurments that it was small but didnt realize exactly how small until it arrived. Which is obviously our fault. We just really like the idea of the pull out foot rest/day bed. Its a sturdy couch. Really firm cushion. Not soft. Hopefully it will break in. Ideal for small homes with a small living room
