    A:  use the guides that you see. they are standard sizes. you don't want them too tight as they will be difficult to get on. or too loose and you will lose the fine touch and ability to manipulate.

        A:  The sizes are true to stated size on package! as long as you know your true size, they do expand a bit to the larger need, but very good fit and are more durable than traditional nitrile gloves.
