no consumer support - trouble with wifi
Seems to be working fine but im having trouble staying connected to the unit wifi to control the unit remotely with the Gree Smart App. They will only give support to a contractor. I did have a licensed HVAC contractor help with the install however the Wi-Fi function has nothing to do with HVAC training so he was unable to help. I now have the unit running unnecessarily and I am five hours away unable to do anything since it has once again “disconnected” me from Wi-Fi

Missing items
They product arrived as it said on the delivery date. Unfortunately I assumed that it came with the line set. This particular one does not. I order the same unit last year and it came with the line set. The verbiage needs to be more direct and more clear.
