A: It would work but it is not the best screw for exterior use
A: yes, but why would you pay for cabinet screws with wacko screw heads when regular one-inch screws would work just as well?
A: Hopefully the lattice is 1/2" thick then yes.
A: These are indoor screws and will degrade outside over time.
A: Yes. But it has to be done slowly. I had used them on a project similar at my home with no issues
A: Use these to fasten cabinets to walls. I'd recommend a different screw, a flat head star drive screw to fasten cabinet rails to each other, one that self counter-sinks into the rail.
A: They aren’t made to attach cabinets together. Use trim screws to attach cabinets together. You can use these to attach cabinets to a wall.
A: The head is pretty big on these so probably not the best pocket screw. These screws are usually used to screw the cabinet to the stud. Kreg pocket hole jig and kreg screws would be better for what you need.
A: No, they are not designed for your application. Mike
A: Yes, but could not countersink without leaving a large fill area
