I got this faucet with the intention of replacing my leaky kitchen faucet. However we could not install the faucet. The blue 36 mm nut washer assembly would not tighten up on the brass threaded pipe. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

This faucet is definitely a show piece! Its sleek design is complimented with an incredible chrome finish that rivals the finest German made automobile! I am most impressed with the flow rate of this faucet. At 1.75 gpm rating, this will make short order of pot filling! (Keurig coffee reservoir also) ! Having said that, the discharge is a solid water column stream that is "quiet"! Noted is the fact that the discharge is not aerated affording less disturbance upon contact with surfaces. The smart controls are engineered with precision and have the overall feeling of the highest quality. The pull out feature of the faucet is an exact duplication of the main water stream. Therefore, there is not a fine spray type option/action to assist in more aggressive cleaning. Water flow is the only adjustment here which resembles more of a flooding action. Looks fantastic, good controls. Water flow adjustment is minimal, almost no difference when turning the knob. At this price point, faucet should have a US style aerator and spray option. Installation instructions are mysterious. Almost undecipherable. Find a youtube video to help. Would be great with a better flow control, aerator and spray nozzle.

I really appreciate the clean lines and the fresh approach to control of a kitchen faucet. Homeowners considering this faucet should be aware, the controls are unique and different, and this will take some adjustment. There is no handle, which is very different from any kitchen faucet most people have ever used. The temperature is set using the adjustable ring built into the base of the faucet. to adjust the temperature, you twist the ring left or right. This can be set even when the water is off. Its very different from a typical faucet handle. The water is turned off / on with a mechanical button built into the pull out head of the faucet. By tapping the button, the water turns on & off. I found this very easy to use. The volume of the water can be adjusted by twisting the knob on the button. If someone was to approach this faucet having never used it before, they might be confused by this unique control, but I am sure they would figure it out. Installation was very easy, and similar to most pull out or pull down kitchen faucets. The mounting hardware has a nut that slides on, allowing the faucet to be installed and tightened to the counter or sink faster than most kitchen faucets. Ultimately, this faucet might not be for everyone - some will find the controls a bit too different. However, those that do like something unique will love the clean lines and will be rewarded with a very easy to use faucet once they get used to the controls. At our house, dishes sometimes piled up in the sink. Our old faucet was too short to be used with a full sink under it (hand washing, drinks of water etc). I was excited to try this taller faucet. Installation was pretty smooth. I was replacing a 3 hold faucet and would have appreciated if a cover plate came with this faucet. I was able to use the plate from the old faucet, but it could look better. I really like the push-button on/off function. When I come in from working on my motorcycle, I can tap the button with the back of my hand and not get grease on the faucet while washing. I don't like the hot/cold turn dial. I never think to adjust it before turning on the faucet and it gets slippery with wet hands making it harder to adjust. I wish the hot/cold dial were on the head of the faucet like the flow regulator, but I'm sure that would be difficult to do. I was worried the low flow of the faucet wouldn't allow for good dishwashing but I was surprised that it does. The key is to lower the dish in the sink so the gravity of the water falling hits it harder. Overall a nice product. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
