A: If this isn’t the real Health Mor brand & a Chinese knock if then why is Home Depot carrying it? I trusted HD to protect customers, now I’m distrustful since there’s no QC to verify their products. Shameful

A: This is not a genuine filter, despite having Health-Mor's name and phone number on it. It is likely a Chinese knock-off, and of very poor filtration ability and quality. To get a genuine filter that will fit exactly your model and filter the air at 99.99% at 0.1 micron (better than HEPA level filtration), go to www.filterqueen.com and you will find the exact GENUINE filter that you need.

A: Turn the unit on low. Push both the up and down arrows at the same time until the light has a distinctive blink, let go of both buttons, then push both buttons again until it blinks again. It should be reset.
