So Handy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been wanting a stand mixer for quite some time and this sure doesn’t disappointment. The mixer seems to be nicely made and has little suctions on the bottom to keep it in place so it doesn’t fall. There are a few attachments that come with it that makes this mixer useful for several different items to make. All the attachments are nicely made and the mixer isn’t very loud. It’s definitely so much nicer having this mixer than using a hand one, where my hand gets tired after a while. If you like to bake or bake a lot, then you will love this stand mixer!

Great mixer but spashguard is tricky..
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I was very pleased with the quality of this mixer. It is heavy duty, has an easy to use dial for pulse or mixing speeds and it comes with 3 beaters(dough hook, whip and beater), a beautiful deep stainless steel mixing bowl, and a splash guard...plus the deep metallic red color is gorgeous. I couldn't wait to use it! But several minutes into my first use, I encountered an issue with the splash guard. To be fair, it fits well and snaps in place tightly so it really does prevent splatter and splashing. The issue is that it is a one piece ring. It takes some finagling to get it on because of that. You have to raise the armature to the upright position(to put the beater, whip or hook into position), but next you have to actually put the ring around the spindle(where the beater plugs in)FIRST, THEN the beater. That is the only way to do it and it takes some getting used to. It kinda flops around until you get everything into place and can be a touch difficult. Once you have these in place, you lower the beater assembly into the bowl and press firmly to snap the splash guard into place. This design makes it difficult to find a position for the guard if you have raise the beater assembly to check your batter for any reason. There is a "trap door" in the splash guard for adding ingredients during the mixing process. Other than that minor issue, the mixer is lovely. It works very well, is relatively quiet and has good strength. I am very happy with it and super excited to try out other attachments(it has a port on the top for this). This is a heavy duty kitchen appliance sure to give us years of use and I just couldn't be more pleased with it! Highly recommend!

Wonderful mixer!

Love this!

It has a generously sized bowl and comes with four additional accessories. It has a splash guard, stainless steel whisk, beater, and dough hook. It's nice that everything is included! We enjoy making dough and baking cakes in this house, and having separate attachments included is convenient. Easy to set up and intuitive design. The handle to raise it or lower it is in the back, and the dial for speed is on the side. Works exactly as expected. I can't get over the design! Such a sharp, retro-styled piece with chrome accents and a beautiful finish. I recommend this.

Fabulous Bold Hot Rod Red Colored Retro Mixer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the look and style of this Galanz Retro Stand Mixer. I’m an avid baker, and have on the most part hand mixed/or whisked my baked goods etc, but have found that it’s a lot more work and time consuming to do it that way. The size of this mixer is fantastic for large batches of cookie dough, frosting, Meringue, yeast bread dough etc. the bowl holds up to 7quarts. It includes the whisk, dough hook and beater and a splash guard. I’m really enjoying using the mixer opposed to hand mixing, I save so much time and using the mixer is not tiresome. The mixer does all the work for you! I can now bake my cookies etc faster due to the mixer doing the work for me.
Pros:
*mixer has 6 speeds and pulse options
*mixer is large (7 quarts)
*mixer has a very easy to use knob like lever to use to lift the mixer head.
*mixer has a covered attachment hub where you can buy other attachments such as grinders, pasta maker, shredder etc and they attach on to the front of the mixer head.
*The mixer is very stylish and has a retro look to it.
*The bowl that comes w/ the mixer is stainless, so no worries about broken glass etc.
Cons:
*The one con I found with this mixer is that the top part of the whisk attachment is made of plastic, I personally would have preferred that it to be metal. Hopefully it holds up well with continued use. All the other included attachment are all made up of metal w/no plastic.

Excellent mixer, just as good as others!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using a hand mixer for years and decided to upgrade to a stand mixer and I'm so glad I got this! It has all the attachments I would need, big 7qt bowl, and the splash shield which is a nice bonus. The first thing I used it for was chocolate chip cookies which turned out great!
The big different I noticed compared to a hand mixer was the even consistency, with the mixer moving in a specific pattern around the whole bowl it really was so much better than what I've been doing by hand in the past. The tilt head is great to make it easy to add ingredients or to take the bowl out, and the speed settings were perfect adjustments from a steady slow to super fast. I'm not certain how I feel yet about the suction cup feet, I think I'll like them but I need to get used to them. When I need to move the mixer I just tip up one side first and that releases them much better than trying to pull the whole mixer straight up.
I've used the other big name mixers before (my mom and grandma have them) and this feels basically the same from functions, quality, attachments, etc. The only different is this might be slightly louder than what I remember...but it costs way less so I'm incredibly happy with it!

It is the perfect size for the things that we need or want to make. the bottom of the stand mixer does not let the machine move at all. The only issue we have with it, was whenever we have run it for a several minutes, it makes a high pitch sound it is not supposed to make. It still works well even with the noise. If not for the noise, I would recommend it.

Outstanding!

Momma's new toy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is something I've wanted for a long time. I love to bake and have always used a hand mixer but have upgraded to the new Galenz stand mixer. I was impressed with how high quality it looks and works. The retro look is really cool and pretty enough to leave on the counter. I've used it to make homemade cookies and brownies and was so happy with how well it mixed. It's got a splash guard and was easy to clean.
