    Q:Is this product available in the Premium line? On a flat cement roof? Is it elastomeric? Can it be used with the white Sta-Kool Turbo-Dri as sealant?

    Answer This Question

    A:  All cracks and splits need to be repaired before coating. Use the Gardner White Flash Patching Cement for repairs. Then apply the Sta-Kool 10 year or Sta-Kool 15 year Turbo-Dri product to the roof. If you have ponding water and a flat roof, you should instead use the Gardner Flat Roof Coat-N-Seal Sealer. It is more costly, but you will only need 1 coat and this product will last 50 years. I highly recommend it.

      A:  No, for your rubber roof we would suggest Gardner Flat Roof Coat-N-Seal. This is specifically designed for that application. It is available on Homedepot.Com.

                  Roof Coating with Stay-Kool Paint
                  This was such an easy product to use. My only challenge was getting the paint up on the roof of my RV. (I'm 77). I put some paint in a smaller bucket, tied a long extension cord to the handle, climbed onto the roof and hauled that bucket up. That bucket full (almost half of the 5 gallons) did 3/4 of the roof so I only had to come down once to get more paint. I think I might be able to get the 5 gallon bucket up there for the second coating. The paint went on quickly and easily. Cleanup was simple. I'm looking forward to a cooler living space, once I get the second coat on... Thanks for a great product. I am proud of my almost finished project.

                    Bee hive roofs
                    Applied to the metal roofs of bee hives, mostly aluminum flashing. Tremendous difference midday, Hawaii has a super high UV index, very pleased with the results.
