A: Hello, the hardware package we include for towel bars are for drywall only. If mounting into a hollow door, you will need to provide your own screws and anchors for hollow doors. An expert at a local hardware store or a suggestion from a handyman might be able to help you choose the right screws and anchors that will work best for your door. Thank you. C/S

A: Hello, We don't recommend installing our towel bars inside the shower. We have grip and grab bars in our Lat. II series that are made for installing in the shower. Thanks!

A: Hello, Unfortunately not our latitude collection, it is a full unit and it does not come apart. But we do have other collections that bar can be cut down. Such as, designer II, Cafe, Charlotte, Jewel, Marina, and tavern. Thank you, Gatco Customer Service

The towel bar itself is fairly sturdy; however, the hidden screws to attach the bar to the wall brackets stripped immediately, with very little pressure from the allen wrench, so that I could not tighten them enough for the bar to stay attached. In order to make it work I had to put a small piece of rubber band in the screw head and use a larger allen wrench I had in the garage. I will never be able to take them back out in order to remove the towel bar. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Similar to other reviews, good product but setting the set screws is problematic. Had to use my own Allen wrench to complete. Poor design for the set screws.
