A: Hi, They are different. The straight rod uses a 2- hole bracket, and the curved uses a 4 hole bracket that threads onto the pole. Thanks, Gatco CS

A: Hello, tile anchors are not included with this curve shower rod. The molly bolt screws provided is for dry wall only. This is not a tension shower rod, drilling is required for installation. Please contact Gatco directly if you would like an instruction to install this item# 825 / 826. Thank you.
