This mounting bracket set includes a mounting bracket, top and bottom ring, and the canopy cup. This set is a replacement part for the Gazebo 52 in. natural iron ceiling fan (UPC# 792145353669). Before purchasing, please ensure you have identified your fan's model number and UPC to confirm compatibility. To identify the model/UPC number on your ceiling fan, please look for a label on the top of your motor housing (usually a silver sticker), which will include the manufacturer's model number and/or UPC number (12 digits).
