while I love the gazebo, there are some missing parts that I hope the manufacturer would send me(photos taken)... So far, the gazebo is a good addition to our backyard... its a good place to drink coffee while chatting with family, eat dinner or grill. We also stay inside while we watch our children play in the backyard... I will update this review after a year.. lets see how it holds...

Very nice and sturdy I had it 3 years now and held up very well The only problem was the roof.I had a hail storm last year and put some small holes in the roof .lt doesn’t leak inside and still looks pretty good.I bought a can of through the roof it’s a clear sealer and just applied it this week I think it’s going to work

    Love it!!!
We've had this up on our lot in the mountains for four years now. We set it on pallets covered with plywood. It keeps us out of rain, snow, bugs and wind when we're camping. In the summer we throw a big piece of shade fabric over the top and it doesn't get too hot inside. The only issue we've had is when it hailed and knocked a bunch of small holes in the top of the roof material, but it still stays dry inside. It looks beautiful and is roomy and sturdy. Fairly easy for two people to assemble.

So far, so good. Very impressed with the effortless steps to purchase, and get shipped. Be sure to have somebody around to help with delivery. It will come on a Semi Truck, with 4 boxes wrapped onto a double pallet. 4 foot x 100” footprint. 500+ pounds. Driver used a pallet jack to slide off the truck, and lift gate to get to the ground. He wheeled it to a spot on the driveway, and once unwrapped, we could manually slide each box into our garage. The directions were straight forward. 1 person can set up most of the gazebo, but having a second person around is best. Be sure to have level surface, that makes a big difference. Love the window material, accidentally let an aluminum beam fall ... direct blow, and thought it would puncture the material. Barely a scratch as the soft window material deformed, but did not puncture. Regular plastic or vinyl would have torn open. Very light and tough 8 mm tinted polycarbonate roof panels are easy to install, but the second person really comes in handy for this step. Screens are nice as well. Pleased so far, and hope to get many years of enjoyment from the gazebo. Would recommend to others! If possible, I will amend review in a few years ... to let you know how it holds up to Minnesota rain, hail, snow, heat, etc.

          Excellant Product.....12 x 18 Florence Solarium
It was difficult, but I did erect this solarium by myself. Recommend 2 people like they advised. We use this to enclose our 9' x 54"above ground pool which we keep heated at 94 degrees the year round. I built an enclosed pump and filter house between the Solarium and our house. It has given excellent service other than the UV roof is in need of replacement which I am currently trying to get a quote on...the current one has a lot of outer leaks from years of hail but the inner side has held up quite well. Other than ease of getting parts, I would recommend this product without reservation.

            Do not waste your money
Bought one of these a couple years ago. Didn’t even last 1 season before the wind blew it apart. Hard to assemble. Pieces do not line up. Thousands of dollars now at the dump.
