Ordered from Home Depot because they offered the best price with a guaranteed delivery within 5 days. The pressure washer was delivered when they said it would be. Everything came in a box. Easy to assemble, I just followed the clear quick start instructions. It was refreshing to follow instructions that had clear legible photographs and were written by a person whose native language is obviously English. I added the accompanying package of oil. Started on first pull. Ran great. I've used it a total of four hours now. Very powerful. Removed black, aged stains in concrete to make the concrete walk look new again. Generac makes excellent products. I have one of their generators as well. Totally satisfied customer.

Leaking pump body
First time was pressuring washing my driveway completely on the second time I was washing my truck, next thing I know I was loosing pressure and saw water pouring out underneath the pump body and was able to complete the job. Lost a lot of pressure.

I've owned several different power washers and this by far...
I've owned several different power washers and this by far is the best. Much easier to start with pull cord in the front. The gas tank capacity allows for a longer run time and the gun trigger very comfortable in my hand. Would highly recommend.

Generac Pressure Washer Failure
I really like the unit WHEN IT WORKS. I had one that died after 3 years and cannot get it started despite taking apart, cleaning filters, carb, spark plug, etc. But - I bought a SECOND one that died and wouldn't restart after only 5 hours of use so I returned it. I am now using an electric 3,000 PSI model that works just fine, smaller, lots less expensive, lots less maintenance.

It is important to consider the amount of water that...
It is important to consider the amount of water that will come out of your spigot. Consider your power of what machine you want based on how powerful your well pump is or if you have city water you should be fine. Machine is awesome, but too powerful for you pump.
