Hello, NO it does not come with the entire manual, however you can access it in the website.
Because there is no industry standard way to measure sound output on portable products it makes it very hard to compare brand to brand. Generac does not list the specific decibel level for our portable products for this reason. This is an open engine similar to a lawn mower so it does not run as quiet as our automatic home standby generators, is comparable if not quieter than most other brands.
Generac model #7680 does not come with a 25ft/20A generator cord. You can find more information online, https://www.generac.com/all-products/generators/portable-generators/gp-series/gp6500-cosense-49st

A transfer switch outlet enables the generator to be hooked up to a transfer switch to shed and power up different loads and appliances that it backs up. It is recommended to use a manual transfer switch when connecting directly to a building electrical system. Connecting a portable generator to a building electrical system must be made in strict compliance when all national and local electrical codes and laws, and be completed by a qualified electrician.
