Either too weak or too tight
The belt clip bent after two days of regular use, just sitting in my pocket or on my belt in nonstressful environments. I bent it back, but it bent about a week later. I'll need a belt pouch in order to keep it quickly accessible throughout my day. The tips beyond the knife, Philips head, and snippers are pretty tough to swing out, even with thumbnails. Can't imagine what it's like without them! Pictured you can see the pliers joint is loose; the two halves don't maintain a sturdy alignment.

Great Tool, Train HD staff on security tag removal
Have had original since 1999, used a lot between car house office decided to get another. Home Depot staff after I scanned it on the self-checkout took the package from me "removed security tag" returned and said, "be careful". I thought that was odd but I dont work in retail, didn't mean anything. When i got home 25 minutes from the store, this is how HD returned my Gerber. Pic 2,3, that is STILL ATTACHED through the packaging. Unreal they returned this to me FOR ME to remove the rest.

Had it a day, used it at least 10 times.
I have had this thing a day, and used it at least ten times. I like the feel and the scissors are sharp right from the package. The one problem is the the utilities are tricky to get out of the handle, but I am certain they will loosen up.

I just bought it two weeks ago. I would rate it higher than 4 stars if I had it for long enough to evaluate all the functions.
Scissors are not quite usable. I tried to cut the plastic bag of trailmix and there was too much of a gap between the blades.
Knife is unbeliveably sharp. It rivals utility knife.
Pliers seem to be ok. Wire cutters work flowlessly.
I was concearned about the sharp angles making it uncomfortable to carry in the pocket but it is not a problem as long as I have a napkin next to it.
I would have bought leatherman sidekick if I had to choose again because it fits better in the pocket, but this is quite good and usable for the money.

I was surprised to see that this was made in China. Most Gerber knives and tools are made in the USA. This multi-tool meets the needs of a budget based multi-tool. It isn't as durable as Gerber Multi-plier. I like that the pliers are spring loaded. The knife, file, and screwdrivers are strong enough to tackle basic tasks, but not ideal for everyday use.

Not for EDC, breaks easily
I carried one of these for 2 years, and I've had multiple issues. The belt clip bent pretty quickly. I was able to mostly bend it back with an arbor press, just make sure you're not pressing on the locking mechanism. I chipped 2 of the flat screwdrivers on a stubborn screw, but was able to grind it back into shape. The spring on the scissors broke from fatigue, and I've found that to be impossible to fix. The screws holding the knife together seem to be loctited, and replacement parts aren't sold, so your repair options are limited.
