Q:Can I use this product on exterior stucco and do I have to apply exterior paint on top of it, I didn?t see any cracks on stucco but on rainy day, there are water visible inside, I don?t know if there are water penetrating through the stucco.

Q:I am looking to seal my basement floor and then put vinyl flooring on top of it. There is some paint on the floor that I am trying to scrape up. Not all of it is loose, so there may be some left. Use this product,or suggest another?

I was a little skeptical but this product works as advertised, and while it seem expensive, this is concentrate that makes up 5 gallons of spray that will protect your expensive flooring. After drying for a couple days I squirted some water on the floor, hours later it was still beading up on the concrete surface just like rain on the hood of a newly waxed car.
I would definitely purchase it again if I ever need to do more waterproofing.

I applied this product to week-old poured foundation walls with a simple garden sprayer with a fan spray tip. It went on easily with no issues.
They recommend a second coat while the concrete is still damp, but when I went back to add the second coat, most of it was already fully waterproofed, with the solutions beading up and rolling off. Touching up a few still porous spots was a breeze and I am very satisfied with the result.
Having dealt with a wet basement in the past, I believe this product will make for a much less humid and damp basement, especially when coupled with a footer drain system on the exterior.
I also tried another sealer in this site, Foundation Armor S2000, and it did not seal as well as this product. Also, it may look like the S2000 is less expensive, but it is diluted 3:1 water to solution, while this product is 4:1, making it pretty much a wash.

Stained my driveway
This product stained my driveway terribly. I sprayed a light coat over the driveway and gave it a second coat before it dried as the instructions state, but it ended up stained everything. There are brown and greenish blotches scattered randomly throughout. The label says that staining can occur from over application, but I ended up only using half the recommended volume. One and a half gallons did two coats on over 1500 sq ft, so I'm not sure how I could have over applied the product. Some of the drive way turned out fine, but the random blotches make the drive way look terrible. Not worth the cost.

Works Very Well
Product mixed easily. I applied it with a cheap tank sprayer. Went on well and very quickly. I did about 1,000 SQ FT. It has it's chemical effect very quickly. I noticed where I had some overspray the second coat would already not soak into the surface. I observed the water resistant effect the first time it rained. Water simply beads up. It will not soak in. I applied the product to the sidewalk in front of my house, but only to my property line. I cut off the application at a joint in the cement. I have attached a picture of the area where my application ended after having thrown a bucket of water on it. It's easy to see on the bottom, light color cement because of no penetration, on the top, dark color because the water soaks into the untreated cement. These results sell everyone who looks at it on the product. I have sealed concreate driveways since 2005 and this is the best results I have ever seen. And the price is less than the sealer the cement contractor wanted to sell me. (Diamond coat or something like that) If this product lasts like promised it will put all other similar products out of business. I applied this at the end of June, 2016.

Not quite invisible
The product looked terrible on my 35 day old driveway, dried very blotchy and uneven, as opposed to invisible as described. The company said, The variation in color is related to the concentration of portlandite present (previously not visible) but illuminated by the sealers reaction.
The company was helpful in refunding me and sending me a non reactive sealer as I elected to acid wash the 9500 off of the concrete, but this significantly darkens the concrete. Not to mention the hours of labor involved in correcting the issue.
I would steer clear of this product if you are sealing new concrete.

Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, we reached out to the manufacturer and their Reply is, " Ghostshield’s sealer formulas are developed utilizing nanotechnology, the smallest atomic structures possible, resulting in active particles small enough to travel through a grain of sand. The Lithi-Tek LS® 9500 is a reactive sealer, it waterproofs and seals the concrete internally from within the pores and capillaries. Contrast to conventional topical waterproofing concrete sealers, the Lithi-Tek LS® 9500 penetrates deep into concrete and mineral based substrates seeking out the calcium hydroxide also known as portlandite a by product of cement hydration in order to produce C-S-H (calcium silicate hydrate) reducing the porosity and permeability of the concrete rendering it waterproof. For best practice consumer discretion should be exercised when applying a reactive sealer, this includes being consistent with the application to ensure even coverage and a uniformed seal. The Lithi-Tek LS® 9500 is not recommended for colored concrete as a reactive sealer may result in an uneven appearance.

White patches on brick after rain!
I used this on a brick porch. The bricks are uneven, so there was some pooling after application.
The problem was after a few rains, there are many white patches which persist.
I had to hire two people to wire brush the brick porch. It took several hours to remove
much of the caked residue. The porch was thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed before
application. I hope more ugly white patches don't develop.

Dear Valued Home Depot Customer, we reached out to the manufacturer and their Reply is, "Lithi-Tek LS® 9500 is a concentrated high performance, breathable, water-based, VOC compliant, deep penetrating concrete waterproofing sealer plus densifier designed to reduce water-soluble deleterious materials and moisture intrusion. The Lithi-Tek® LS 9500 works great for poured and cast in place concrete but because it is a hybrid lithium based penetrating reactive sealer it relies heavily on calcium hydroxide (also known as portlandite) a byproduct of cement hydration in order to produce C-S-H (calcium silicate hydrate) the same binding element that results from adding water to cement in order to be completely effective. The Lith-Tek LS® 9500 is not intended to treat clay bricks due to their lack of calcium hydroxide and when applied to substrates other then concrete, the Lithi-Tek LS® 9500 has nothing to react with therefore creating a white unreacted residue on the surface. As an alternative, a high solids silane/siloxane such as our Siloxa-Tek® 8500 should be used since silanes and siloxanes are very hydrophobic but neither rely on calcium hydroxide being present in order to be effective.

Ghostshield
Two coats and it seems to work great shedding water. Anxious to see if over the summer it does not get green.I have plenty leftover for two more coats later in the year.

So far I’m impressed with this product. I just had a new driveway poured and immediately sealed the driveway with this. Application is easy, I just mixed it 4:1 water to Ghostshield and used a garden sprayer to apply it. I sprayed it until the concrete turned gray and let it dry. The next day I put on a second application. Now water literally beads up on my driveway. When the contractor did my dirt work afterwards they got some mud on my driveway. It sprayed off easily with my garden hose.
It didn’t change the appearance of the concrete at all. It looks like bare concrete. I ordered more to do my sidewalks and patio.
