A lift-tab cover on top of the mailbox prevents moisture from entering the mailbox, while mail is delivered through a slot concealed beneath. The Ashley is manufactured from stainless steel, ensuring that the mailbox will never rust. Designed for flush mounting on a variety of wall surfaces, the Ashley is easy to install using the installation template provided. Mounting hardware sold separately.

The Gibraltar stainless steel maibox is a great choice for anyone who is looking for a smaller box. At 11.7" x 8.4" x 2.8" it fits mail up to letter size. The installation is easy thanks to predrilled holes and a cut-out template. Please note that the unit does not come with anchors or screws. The mailbox locks with the two keys that are provided. Unfortunately, the keys are a bit sticky. Also note that the stainless steel will show smudges and fingerprints easily and that the box needs to be mounted under a covered area.

This is a very nicely constructed mail box. Its made out of solid stainless steel. It has easy to mount holes on the back side and a flip up cover for where the mail gets dropped in. As usual it was a quick delivery from Home Depot and came nicely wrapped and well protected. I have contractors drop off things now and then and they always got mixed up with my regular mail in my personal mail box. So I am planning once I paint to mount this on the side of my garage so that contractors can easily stop by drop in what they need to and head out on their way! Looks great and will add some ambiance to an otherwise dull side of my garage!

It also comes with two keys and a front panel you can open to retrieve your mail

The mailbox arrived broken and twisted. This was not shipping damage, it was packaged very well. It was just poor quality control.
The top of the mailbox had separated from the top hinge. It appears that the five spot welds attaching it to the hinge were not done correctly, because they didn’t even hold up through shipping.
The entire mailbox was twisted (See Photos). When laid flat on my table I could roll a pen under one of the corners that was up off the table about ¼ inch. This probably would have easily straightened out once screwed down to a flat wall.
It comes with two keys, but does not come with any mounting screws.
It is made from stainless steel so it will never rust and corrode like a steel mailbox.
I do like the size, shape, and look of the mailbox, too bad the quality was not up to par.
