Steve: Go to HD website and check for replacement parts for the Glacier Bay ONE piece toilet. Might be available in-store or you might have to order one. Pretty reasonable, I might add.
Hi Barbie. No, I had one in each of my bathrooms and never had the typical water-ring buildup that I think you are referring to. I use the Scrubbing Bubbles wand to clean mine and it does just fine. I use the soft pad insets once a week swooshing and once a month (if needed) I used the scrubber insert that is non-scratch. Great toilet, you’re going to love it!
The push buttons are chrome-plated plastic with a shiny, "polished" finish.
Yes, bone is a standard bathroom fixture color. I bought very nice Church brand bone soft close seat at Lowe’s. I’m sure HD has a good quality bone color seat too.
Hi Charlie, no I’m sorry but they do not come with slow close seats. I purchased mine immediately after I placed my order online. It takes a regular elongated seat that you can purchase at your local Home Depot.
Not hard at all
My suggestion would be to call Glacier Bay's Customer Service line to inquire whether they offer a part like that you might order. You will find their phone number in the Installation booklet that was packed inside your tank prior to installation.
Like most things, today replace the whole thing!
It wasn't a problem
All colored fixtures are more expensive because they cost more to make.
