Answer This Question
A:Â Hello Hickman, It is an upgraded model of the valve. Unfortunately, the revised instructions were delayed. Blue matches the white button (reduced flush - single) & grey the black button (full flush - dual). The valve was adjusted to front-to-back configuration to bring it within compliance of the ADA standard. Q:is the toilet fill valve included or do i have to buy
by|Dec 3, 2023
1 Answer
Answer This Question
A:Â Hello Valued Customer, The toilet comes with all the needed valves pre-installed within the tank. Also included are a seat & standard 1" thick wax ring with mounting hardware for the floor connection. One item not included is the water supply line to connect the toilet to the wall valve. This is due to the wall connection size varying depending on the wall valve that is being used. Should you have further comments or need future assistance, please call Glacier Bay @ 1-855-434-5224 where one of our Customer Service Reps can assist you.

50/50 chance of being great
I ordered a 3 pack of these. The price can't really be beat. You'll notice reviews sway from 1 to 5 stars. Well, both can be true because oddly there are two toilets under this part number. I assumed it was updated packaging; but nope, two different products. What appears to be the updated model, or Pro Series, is great. Only issue is a sticker that is too adhesive. The older model, not so much. Everything is inferior, especially how the tank sits. I expect a 3 pack to be 3 of the same.

Best $100 toilet.
My old 1996 Crane tank cracked.
Found this Glacier Bay Dual Flush online. Went to Home Depot & picked it up. Install was less than an hour, and I’m no plumber.
I see many complaints of cracked bowls & tanks. I’d urge not tightening the nuts too much. Just hand tighten and try it. Watch for leaks. If it leaks- tighten a little more.
Leave the wrenches in the toolbox.
Includes all you need besides the water supply line. Instructions were perfect.
No complaints. None.
I’m buying another for the master bath.

Good Value - Easy Install - Solid Product
The toilet was a good value. It was easy to install this toilet. It seems like a solid product. At first, I thought the water level was too low in the bowl and this was a flaw of the toilet. However, I realized the water tube in the tank wasn't attached to the coupler on the bowl fill pipe. Once I attached it, the water in the bowl was normal.

This Glacier Bay product does not perform well.
This Glacier Bay product does not perform well. Not highly efficient as advertised.
Regrettably we purchased two of these highly reviewed toilets from Home Depot. A lot of time and expense for disappointing operation.
The appearance and structural quality are very good BUT there is a major design flaw with the internal flush valve as it does not disperse enough water to circulate and sufficiently clean the entire bowl even with acceptable water pressure supply.
Most times you have to flush two or three times to remove all solid waste from bowl.
The toilet reservoir tank is 13.5 inches in height.
The internal fill valve in the toilet reservoir tank when adjusted to maximum capacity only allows the reservoir tank to fill to a 6.5 inches water level. The water level in the toilet bowl when idle is only 4 inches. Only high efficient and conserves water when flushing # 1 BUT not flushing #2.
I contacted Home Depot and they advised me to contact the distributer/manufacturer Niagara Corp direct for product issues. In speaking with and explaining the issue to the customer service

Buy it
I read the mixed reviews, took a chance brought it installed. It works perfectly perfect upgrade. If you were on the fence about purchasing this toilet don’t be one of the best buys this year. Going to go back and get four more for my other bathrooms.

Junk, don't bother
They give you little WINGNUTS to attach bowl to floor and the tank to the bowl?!.
There are only 2 bolts/wingnuts connecting the tank and it doesn't sit solid or register onto bowl , it "floats" on a fat rubber cone gasket so it wobbles and flexes like crazy and no way to square it to the wall, it wants to tilt forward a LOT.
If you lean back on tank it will leak....stupidest design I've ever seen in a toilet.

still works after 3 months
So after being in 2 story home for 17 years, I decided to upgrade out toilets. Our 2-story home has two bathrooms upstairs and one downstairs. We really like the new look and 2 stages for flushing. After one of the toilets was removed from upstairs, there was a leak discovered. The rubber flange had started to give away. the others were fine. We did opt for metal ones this time around as they will last a longer time. The new toilets do look and work great. We do like the 2-stage flush and the height versus the standard. great buy for 3 at the Home Depot.
