I believe the height is a couple inches higher than the norm.
There are two semi-circular buttons at the top center of the tank; one marked with one water drop for 1.1 gallon per flush, the other marked with two water drops for the 1.6 gallons per flush. You chose which by what button you push.
I bought this model about 6 yrs ago in So. CA and Home Depot offered installation for $99, you should ask at the store you intend to purchase it at.

Universal toilet seats should bolt onto any toilet with 5 1/2 inch bolt spacing and 18 to 19 inches long. Not all toilet makers use American measurements, many are metric and spacing will be a little different so check out the measurements on the toilet you want and the seat you want. Home Depot posts the measurements on all the pieces.
