This is a frameless mirror. so you either need to use the supplied clips or a mastic to glue the mirror on the wall. I do not recommend mastic if mounting on a door. The mirror is very thin, so I opted to buy additional clips and use those.
Unless you modify the mirror doors to stay closed if mounted at an angle, I don't think this would work out well. Maybe see about installing small magnets somehow to keep the doors closed to do this

It came with 4 mirror hanging brackets, screws and plugs. Very easy to install.
We used clear silicone.

There is no practical way to do so, it is not designed for this type of use.I would just buy a new cabinet with a mirror already attached. Mike
Hello Diane, 6 mounting clips come included with your purchase. For further questions, please call 855-503-8380 for immediate assistance. Thank you, Kara
Yes it can - make sure you use glue for mirrors - regular glue bleeds through the silver backing and you see where you put the glue on the wall
