Q:How do i get a replacement faucet. My faucet is leaking internally from where the supply lines come out the bottom of the faucet. I need to get this replaced ASAP! There is not water on my countertop so it is definitely leaking internally.

Template larger than sink
I like this sink so far, but please throw the template right in the trash!! It’s larger than the sink and as a result we needed to mount this from the top.
Also, the photos for the workstation components are misleading. You can only have two of the three items at once, not all three.

Leaking baskets
Beautiful sink. Great accessories. Sink baskets do not fit properly. Water drains our slowly when sink is filled and happens very slowly.. I was soaking sweet corn. Within an HR my sink was dry.. both sides. Company wants a video.. well you can't stand there for an hour and see it drain. I tried watching for 10 minutes and could not tell. However, company apparently doesn't believe me. Great sink if you don't want it to hold water long term. What a joke. Look elsewhere.

Great package except for the water lever positions
There is a bit of learning curve in using this sink/faucet package. Unfortunately, the manufacturers do not appear to have standardization faucet controls. When using this faucets hot water the handle/lever is pulled forward toward you and the cold water the level is pushed back. From a safety standpoint, Hot water should always be away from the user & cold water closest to the user. This safety feature should be on all faucets. Why there is no standardization is baffling to me & poor form.

Not at all black
I read the reviews and specs before buying so I wasn’t expecting a black sink, but I was expecting something close, this is stainless still, not even remotely close to black, I’d even say it’s closer to white than black! What a waste of time. If your looking for stainless, this is the sink for you

The sink will be wonderful to use. Being a single basis it provides room for washing large pots and kettles. I like the colander. So handy for rinsing fruits and vegetables.
