No, I did the installation my self. It is not hard to do. You could get a handyman to do the job. Price is not know.
Thank you. The screws are included.
Not sure of the grade of stainless but I put three of these bars in our shower for my wife about 6 years ago and there has been no sign of rust or loosening. If installed properly they are very safe and dependable.
You can install this bar on any particular surface, but the bar must be fastened into something strong behind that surface. If the surface is flexible, or flimsy, you need to have backup behind it. One method is to put wood blocking behind a flexible surface and screw the bar through the surface into the wood backing.
All you need is what they say in the directions. Drill bits, Philips screwdriver and that should be it.
Missionary bit with my hammer drill to put the necessary holes in the tile and backer board. Then plastic anchors and the screws that came with the grab bar. Very solid installation. Put all my weight on it (200 lbs) and it did not move.
I had to use toggles where there there were no studs. They proved to be a very strong installation. The tiles need a special drill bit. Screws and toggles after that.
Thank you. These Grab Bars are made in China.
i have not seen one, you might find one on line special orders.
