This product is perfect combination of nice cabinet, dip sink and tall faucet with possibility to be installed by 97lb 5foot tall woman alone. Also, I had very limited garage area where cabinet needed to be installed 5 inches away from the wall with the faucet at the wall not in sink. The hole in sink is used for soap dispenser. With a few tweaks, I was able to get it all done and very happy with the result:

I LOVE the new upgraded sink after living with the cheap plastic utility sink on legs in my garage. The sink as others have mentioned is really deep and big, so I don't feel like I've lost washing space. I added a wire grid in the bottom for protection because I'll be washing paint brushes and need a place for them to dry. The pull down faucet works really well too and I love having the spray feature. There were some installation challenges so only 4 stars: I have a baseboard in my garage, so I couldn't get the sink flush with the wall. Added a painted white piece of trim between the sink and wall, so their wasn't a gap (you can see in the picture). Also, my plumbing outlets were low so had to cut the inside bottom board for it to fit against the wall. very nice looking cabinet and faucet. easy to assemble, comes with majority needed hoses and connectors. i only had to buy a flexible connector for the drain as my older sink wasn't lined up with the drain the same way. very happy with the purchase.

The sink is way deeper than I expected and the faucet is a good quality. Make sure you install the faucet on the sink before you glue down the sink to the cabinet. The doors are soft close which is nice to not to hear the wood banging on wood noise. I didn't read the instructions and it was difficult to get the faucet tightly secured to the sink. The handles are modern. I bought this on sale for under $250 with taxes. Great value for a Cabinet, sink, and faucet.

Finish was scuffed and imperfect. Nice large stainless steel sink and faucet. Soft close doors are a nice feature as well.

Beautiful cabinet with large, deep sink and tall faucet. I saw the dimensions and product picture on the package; but, was not prepared for the hugeness of the sink. Since this was to be installed in a laundry room / bathroom combo, I looked high and low for an affordable larger sink that was not a cheap plastic tub on stilts. The stainless steel sink and faucet both appear to be good quality. I like the dual spray and retractable faucet features. I would like a taller faucet stack, but it is still good height. I thought I might raise the cabinet to kitchen height; but, after feedback from friends and professionals, I installed as is for typical bathroom height. I found previous reviews about the drain and faucet not sealing correctly and leaking; so, after a small leak on the drain, I placed a generous amount of kitchen silicone sealant on the gaskets and now have no leaks. The drain placement was a bit tricky and kept slipping side to side during tightening. Like another reviewer, I would have appreciated a little more length on the foot pad adjustment knob. I had to use a shim under one corner due to a slight slope towards the floor drain. Initially, I installed the water lines as labeled on the tag. However, I had to change the lines so that the faucet handle had hot water to the left and cold water to the right. Overall, the installation was easy and the instructions were generally clear. The manual stated to have two adults for cabinet and sink lifting and moving; however, I was able to comfortably accomplish all installation by myself in a short amount of time. In the near future, I would like to find a sink bottom protector that is shaped to fit this particular sink to avoid scratches on the finish. Also, I would like to find the best option for preserving the stainless steel finish; e.g., stainless steel cleaner and protector.

Looks great, easy to install. Replaced an old plastic laundry sink in basement and thankfully the old drain pipe lined up perfect, just needed to buy a longer tailpiece since this tub is a bit shallower. Love the faucet features and ease of one handle operation when hands are dirty. Hint: attach faucet to sink first before dropping it in place, instructions tell you to do after!

Easy to assemble. (Other than drain connection) built well.

Everything you need to replace an existing less than attractive laundry tub. The only thing not included was a 12” tail pipe pvc drain extension. Not a big deal. At this price point it is nigh on impossible to get a complete unit that looks stylish, functional, and provides much needed storage space. Installation is simple if you are marginally handy and can read/look at pictures for assembly. I’ve noticed in some reviews people experienced difficulty in removing protective film. I suspect they might have tried to “rip off the bandage” when slow and steady peeling is the way to go! Friends saw our unit and went right out to get there own. You’re welcome HD!
