I installed this sink 3 years ago. I wanted cast iron, but since I was installing it alone, couldn't handle the weight of a cast iron sink, so opted for this since it was absolutely beautiful...at the time. Within 3-4 months I was noticing scratches and stains, and I was being very careful with it, lining the bottom of the sink before putting dishes in it. I never scrubbed it with anything but a soft cloth. Food particles stick to the surface and do not wash off easily. Eventually, I had to start bleaching it. The time required for the bleach to get the stains out has become longer, and stains re-appear much more quickly now, so I have to bleach it more often. It looks like a very old sink now, and will need to be replaced. Next time, I will hire help and go for the cast iron. You get what you pay for. This sink was cheap because it is cheap.

This is the best kitchen sink I've ever had in my very old home. I love the elevated edges rather than the flat with metal edge.

Sink was well-made with a flawless finish. We'll see how well the finish holds up, but for the price it was a no-brainer. It was lightweight and easy to handle, especially compared to the cast-iron sink it replaced.

            The Perfect Sink Upgrade
Our stainless steel sink, it was time for her to go. At 20 years old, this sink has seen better days! So we went to work. And since we were changing out the sink, we went ahead and changed out the kitchen faucet, the garbage disposal, and the plumbing. The results were simply amazing. The acrylic is so much easier to maintain and the price was spot on. We would choose the same exact sink if we had to move again. It is simply beautiful and slick. We also noticed it is much deeper than our last sink. Definitely no complaints, and would buy it again.

            Cracking in the first month
This product is simply cheap. This was my first time owning an acrylic sink. I thought for the price it might be decent but not trash. Within the first month I started noticing small cracks. Soon the entire sink base was filled with these dark cracks. I have had sink protectors since the 2nd week of owning the sink, however the cracks continue to form. The cracks appear to be superficial, but they are unsightly. The basin itself has also lost almost all of its shine and is actually turning an off-white color. I do not recommend purchasing this sink. We use ours light-moderately because we have a dishwasher. IT IS CHEAP!!

            The kitchen sink...
The sink was exactly what we were hoping for. The sales assistant had to order it by computer, since it was not in stock and there was no sample in the color we wanted. Perfect color, perfect fit. I am not a plumber, so if anything was not just right, I would have had a problem. The sink went in without a hitch. I hooked it up, sealed the edge, and my wife is thrilled. Thanks for a great product at a great price. Rich M.
