The spray hose works perfectly. Since this faucet doesn’t have a high arch, the sprayer hose helps get the larger pots and pans easier.
the spray hose is the proper length for washing hair. it works well. The height is shorter than many. the finish is brushed. the bottom plate is not as wide as my old one.
Thank you. These models come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty under which the hose is covered. All you have to do is call the Customer Care Center at 1-877-527-0313 and they will send you out the parts, free of charge, under the warranty.
Go to the manufacturers website and download a manual in English or google the brand name adding install manual to the search. Both have worked for me on lost or missing manuals.
I sure you could get the pdf version on line
Yes, I am having serious problems with mine. The faucet is running too slow and it is noisy.
We purchased two of these faucets and have not had any issues with them regarding water pressure. It has been two years and we have no complaints at all.
Yes and I believe it stems back to the waterlines attached to the unit. They are half the size of the ones I had on my previous faucet. There is also three screens in the ariator but I don’t think that is what affects the water pressure.
Mine has been installed and in use for about a year and a half now and have had no issues with water pressure. Still working perfectly!
Just remove the head aerator & clean it up from debris. Thats the most common issue if the pressure is low, particles of debris will get stuck in it. Good luck !
The lever height when at rest is 7 5/32".
A bit over 8" with the handle in the middle position with water running.
It appears to be about 9 inches. The base to depressed height is 8 inches.
Approximately 8 1/4 inches.
yes it can
Mine was...but it's only been on for about 3 months & the faucet is loose at the base...I think the deck plate keeps it more stable. I'm hoping my plumber can get it to stay tight...otherwise I'll need a new faucet.
Yes. This unit comes with both a deck plate or a matching round flange that goes on the bottom of the faucet. It includes a rubber washer to snug it to the surface.
Unfortunately, I do not see that being accomplished due to Glacier Bay not including a support base plate for that purpose.
YES. Mine is !
Yep. All standard I did a direct replacement of a kitchen faucet. No modifications necessary. Works fine - but it is NOT made of steel mostly plastic, so treat it nicely.
NO> This is a nice kitchen faucet. A majority of it is plastic not metal. There is no way that it would last if a garden hose even could be attached. This faucet looks good, but treat it NICE.
I do not see anyway for it to hook up to a garden hose.
Yes, it can be connected to a garden hose using an adapter by EVERBUILT (or similar) 3/4 in MH X 1/2 in MIP. You will only need to connect one side of the faucet supply line or you can use a MIP 1/2 in "T" to connect both Hot & Cold to the garden hose line. Just keep in mind that this faucet is meant for indoor use and might not hold up to the rigors of the environment outside.....
There are two very small indentations in the camp of the aerator. You will need to use pliers but be sure you get the end of the players in the notches. Do this carefully so that you don’t scratch the surface like I did.
Thank you. This unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so simply contact the Customer Service Center at 1-877-527-0313 and they would be glad to assist you in getting your repair issues taken care of.
