Is there a style name or product line so I can match shower valves

How do I increase the water flow?

I cleaned a small amount of debris from assembly/screen at the end of the faucet. The faucet flows strong without that end assembly/screen (too strong). With the screen, I barely have a spit?!?! The white half of the assembly seems to be the problem, as the it has minute holes; but, the gray part doesn't stay in without the white part.

The towel bar was less than substantial to the point that I did not think it strong enough to even hold a towel. The T.P. holder was marginally better. All of the mounts seemed fatally thin. I guess you get what you pay for. It surely was not worth the wait or the money. Could have purchased the faucet and stronger accessories for not much more money and have gotten them immediately.

The rod to insert to pull up the stopper was a little long for the vanity we were mounting this onto (by the same company) so it stuck out the back and needed to be cut or else it would not sit flush against the wall.
