Glacier Bay faucets are manufactured by Globe Union Industrial Corp., a Chinese company that operates in the United States as Globe Union USA and in Canada as Globe Union Canada. Home Depot distributes Glacier Bay faucets and is the first place to look for parts. For customer support for Glacier Bay products, call 800-220-3036 ext 106. You'll need to know the model of the faucet; if you can't find that by comparing your faucet to models on the Glacier Bay page of the Home Depot site, look for a model number on the faucet body and quote that number to the service representative.

Hi I would take it off and look at everything and try to make it work in the sink, If it won't work then take it back to the store and get a new one. They should give a new one at no cost to you. Good luck!

Looks cheap
The visible neck on this model 1001-573-334 Satin Nickel has a squatty neck and the rubber gasket sticks out way too much to make it look cheap. I'll have to cut the gasket to hide it some. My last one had a convex gasket that was molded to the same size as the neck and was hardly visible. This seems petty, but it really sticks out and looks like it goes with a cheap apartment faucet. The pump itself works well, just looks bad.

The dispenser is well made and attractive. It works fine. It would be better if the pump stood a little higher above the sink edge, and the soap container could be bigger.

Poor Quality - Do Not Purchase I purchased the first (of two) as a replacement about 2 months ago. One day when no soap was coming out, I looked under the sink to discover the neck of the bottle had broken and bottle detached. I assumed I had hit it with something and caused the failure as I do store items under the sink. I purchased another one and installed it on a Friday morning. The very next morning I heard a thud under the sink and discovered that the new bottle had also snapped off at the neck threads. I'm an engineer so I understand torque and that you can't over-tighten something like a cheap plastic bottle but that wasn't the case. When the second one failed it was only half full so it wasn't even at maximum possible weight. I have no good reason why this failed after less than 48 hours, just some possible guesses. The waste water line for the dish washer runs directly behind where the bottle connects. I know that water can be very hot. However there is no sign of strain or stretching of the plastic neck threads, just a clean break (see photo). Maybe just really cheap plastic / bad molding process? There was certainly some inconsistency in the thickness of the bottle molding. Some areas in the body were quite stiff while others were extremely thin and pliable. Maybe this same issue exists in the bottle neck threads and a weak spot caused the failure? Home Depot did stand behind the product and took both of them back, but honestly this product should be removed from their shelves because in reading the reviews other have experienced similar failures so you have to imagine the design or manufacturing is flawed. In an unrelated non-critical issue, using a generic store brand dish soap in the dispenser caused corrosion in the dispenser arm. A yellow color soap would come out bright blue/green for the first pump if the dispenser hadn't been used in a day or so. Clearly the soap was eating away at the finish inside of the arm. Never seen that before either, but that also hints at cheap materials or finishing. Unfortunately this was the only brand the store carried in bronze, and I wasn't going to buy another one after two failures, so I had to purchase the replacement from another store.

What a cheap Chinese piece of junk. After about a month or so, every time we tried to lift out the top to refill it, the metal head would pop off leaving the plastic soap straw still there. This part would become so stuck in place, in the neck of the bottle, that the only way to refill it was to pull the straw out with pliers. Eventually, the BOTTOM part of the straw (not the part we were pulling on) snapped off inside the bottle, which I can only assume is because it was such total junk. I have no idea why this product is sold for $25 when it obviously costs a buck or two to make and no attention at all is paid to quality.

Glacier Bay should be smart enough to figure out how to make a better product. Home Depot needs to do their home work on Glacier Bays inferior products and how many of these MUST be returned. This product only lasts about 6 months before the bottle breaks off (probably caused by your faucet sprayer hose that hangs below the sink, hitting the bottle). There is no replacement for just the plastic bottle AND if it breaks off at the neck the threads will be cemented to the housing.large amounts of liquid soap is one to the hardest things to clean off of all time!!! Additionally, this product corrodes very fast. This is the 4th time we have replaced this , but its the only "reasonably" priced option you can get quickly at the stores in the bronze style. We are full time travelers in our motor coach, so its hard to order something on line. We replaced it twice because of the bottle breaking and now twice for the problems that corrosion causes. Do yourself a favor, spend the money on a better brand. We just spent $100 in the last 2 years on this Glacier Bay product. Get one with all plastic fittings below the sink (Krause has some) that cannot corrode so easily, like this thing does. You go from this $25 price right up to $35 to $60 plus for the good name brands. But I do believe it is worth it. We will not EVER buy this product again. In fact this experience has soured us on all Glacier Bay products. In the photos notice the force my husband had to use to get the cap off and the fact that the threads on the cap did not hold, so it still cannot be refilled from the top. The plastic that should come off with the cap for refill are still stuck to the inside forever so it cannot be refilled from the top. Also notice the corrosion where the counter top meets the washer on the bottom part that goes to the bottle. Good luck.
