It comes with a hole in the bottom you have to purchase a new faucet to make the connection.

We purchased two of them. Have been using them for awhile now with no problem. Neither of them have an angled drain.

Had the same issue so we modified it. Cut out a rectangle in the shelf to and to the drawer so the p-trap isn't in the way now. Youtube has videos on how to do that. Some cabinets have the cut outs done...but more expensive than what I wanted to pay.

If my measurements are accurate there is a little less than two and a half inches between the back of the drawer and the wall.

I do not have side splashes on either of my bathroom vanities, it has never been necessary. On this vanity, the water spout/stream is about 7" from the back of the sink it's approximately 14" from stream to either side, so not much problem with splashing. But if it still worries you, you could look for coordinating tiles to use along the side.

You can use a wet table top tile saw or a hand held grinder with a special Diamond Saw blade for cutting tile being sure to use tape along the cutting edge to help avoid chipping and spray with water as you cut. If you use the hand held grinder you will need steady hands. Since the space is tight I would make sure the base fits the opening first and you could probably get away with cutting just one side with out anyone noticing the faucet being off center.
