The faucets are very nice and just like the ones...
The faucets are very nice and just like the ones we were replacing, but the connection pipe on these was so much shorter than the ones we are replacing. We had to go back to the store to purchase longer material to link these faucets to our plumbing.

Faucets look nice, but are garbage. Worked fine for a day or two, then water pressure started to diminish to a dribble. Was sent new cartridges and lines, replaced everything, same problem. Will return these for something else.

I really love this faucet! Most widespreads cost more than their centerset counterparts. This was a great value. I actually bought it for the finish. It's not terribly dark bronze, but has some variations in the finish color (which make it a beautiful overall color) which is what I wanted, and matches other accessories I have in the powder room. I wish I could find other things this color! I prefer it to the very dark bronze, but it's hard to tell what you're getting sometimes from a picture online. This one did not disappoint, and is a great value, too!

Absolutely no water pressure and have had our installers come out 3 times to work and re-work the problem. Glacier Bay was very quick in sending new connectors to try but they made no difference. Need to return them and go through the whole process again, but not with these faucets.

There are a couple of things that could cause low water pressure in that unit. It could be that you have debris or an issue with the restrictor in your aerator or there is an issue with the cartridge assembly. These units come with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so we urge customers to contact our Customer Service Call Center if there is ever an issue with a Glacier Bay product so that any issues or concerns can be addressed as soon as possible. They can troubleshoot any issues and then be happy to send out any part that is needed free of charge to get your faucet back in good working order. They can be reached at 1-877-527-0313 Monday thru Friday from 8:00am to 7:00pm and Saturday from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST.
