This is a pretty nice shower for a kit. Installation went pretty smoothly for me, however I have a lot of experience with home upgrades. I would not recommend this to be installed by a "first timer". All parts arrived unbroken. I would not advise installing this where this is only drywall as a wall, as it would be insufficient to hold the weight of the doors/glass. I have 3/4" plywood for walls (and many studs) so the wall is VERY strong. I also put 3/4" plywood behind portions of the walls to make it even stronger. Other reviewers have stated that the instructions were not too clear, I found them to be fine. I do believe there was one measurement that was incorrect in the instructions, caused me to have to redrill some holes (and fill the wrong ones with caulk). This shower kit was one of the few that I found that could fit into a very small bathroom (200 year old house).

Beautiful shower, but...
Beautiful shower, looks great in our newly remodeled bathroom. Love the curved door. However, my contractor was less than impressed with the directions for assembly. He said it seemed almost backwards from the way most of his showers are installed. I give him credit for sticking with it, despite his frustration.

I am pleased with this shower but the instructions for installing it were lacking in my opinion. It is called a shower kit. A "Kit" to me means everything you need to install is included. That is not the case with this "kit". Extra items like self leveling concrete, wood furring, silicone sealant, 1/4" wall anchoring screws and anchors are needed to complete the installation. The instructions also do not tell you how much or many of these items you need. Also if this is going into a already built room and your walls, floors and corner are not perfectly level, square, plumb, and a perfect 90 degrees the floor, glass walls and door are not going to align just right, there are adjustments you can make on the glass walls but they are very limited in what can be done. If you are mounting the glass side wall furring that has the glass door hinges to sheetrock and there is not a stud behind the wall forget about the using 1/4" plastic anchors called for in the directions. The glass door is so heavy it will just pull those anchors out of the sheetrock at the top. You will need to use a butterfly or toggle type anchor to get them to hold. I have used the shower several times and am pleased with it. It is roomy and so far I have not seen any leaks.

Beautiful shower. Nightmare installation
Installation was rough. I'm an engineer and my buddy who I hired is a contractor. Took days to install. The base and drain plumbing were easy. The side panel directions were a joke. Wrong dimensions. Luckily we had the foresight to think ahead and layout the glass channels to make sure the shower doors could be installed correctly. We changed out the weak wall anchors and out 9 heavy duty wall anchors in for the herrings. Getting the glass doors aligned was challenging. The magnets are not strong enough to keep the door closed. The shower doesnt leak BUT.......the seal strip on the bottom of the door gets wet during the shower and when you open the door the water drips on the floor. This was a nightmare to install but it is a gorgeous shower that is high quality. Once installed this shower is very sturdy. I was originally worried about the structure with the glass, but the quality of the design eliminates those worries.

When you turn on the water it leaks out the door. Then you open the door again to get in and it leaks again. The water shouldn't spray towards the side of the door that opens. No place to hang your items that hang.
I bought it because it's a very pretty shower and goes well in my bathroom. I just wish they had the bugs worked out before they started selling them or at least told you the drawbacks before the purchase. It was hard to assemble and it took awhile.

Make sure the shower’s head is oriented towards the inside of the shower to avoid this issue. So far it seems all the pieces are here. Will change my rate after the project is complete. There was a package with small parts open inside the box. We hope every part have been count for. OVE shower kit have not been instal yet waiting for more products to renovate my bathrooms.
I have to say Home Depot costumer services was excellent . The product arrive on time. Will recommend the white glove delivery. The doors are very heavy.

The door would not get straight‼️ Took it apart and started over. NOPE‼️ Shime didn’t help, finally got it mostly level, but my goodness was that difficult. Would not recommend this to my worst enemy‼️ Looks good
