Failure after 1 month

I have been using it for a month, the experience wasn't bad until today. The faucet suddenly open by itself and the sensor never allow us to turn it on or off. I have tried to replace batteries, all 4 Duracell 1.5V new alcaline battery, plug it back, turning the wire a little bit, then the water come out for 1 sec and the stop. The vale seems just doing open and close and I am not sure is it a signal of something user can fix. Tried multiple batteries, and doesn't seem any improvement. I hope to have the hand free faucet, but i regard i am getting a wrong brand. It is time to test how good their customer service are. I hope I don't need to take the faucet off and return.

Did not think about where the sensor was in this faucet. The sensor is on the side of the faucet so it makes it easy to get water droplets all over the base of the faucet. Also after cleaning, water spots still show on the whole faucet, which makes it unsightly. Wish it had a regular knob for cases where the batteries run out or for a guest that prefers a regular handle. The faucet did not meet my quality expectations overall. Wish I chose another sensor faucet.

Product works very well. I like the finish and the functionality. With small children, it is nice to have a faucet that the kids don't need to touch, keeping it cleaner. Plus, the kids think it is fun. Having the ability to adjust the temp is also a plus. The only down side is that the water pressure is either all or nothing. Which is not that big of a deal. The battery packs work well, and have been going strong for 2 months now. I have a similar faucet for the kitchen as well. I think i will switch over the battery packs to a plug in in the future, so i don't need to worry about going through batteries.
We love the Glacier Bay touchless design, and enjoy a similar model in our kitchen. So I got this...

We love the Glacier Bay touchless design, and enjoy a similar model in our kitchen. So I got this model to add to our bathroom, but found out that the sink I am working with really needs to be entirely removed, and replaced, in order to access the faucet nuts. Unfortunately, that means we won’t be able to install this unit until I entirely remodel the bathroom with a new faucet. I look forward to it, and I do recommend this Glacier Bay touchless model because I’ve owned it for 3 years. For a pedestal sink fixed to the wall, my advice is to ensure you can remove the old faucet before starting this installation. I can certainly report that the kitchen version of this faucet is easy to install.

The mandouri touchless single hole single-handle high-arc bathroom faucet in brushed nickel is great. It is well built and works really well. The installation was easy and straight forward. I'm happy with this faucet. The box includes the hardware, 4 AA batteries and the sink stopper assembly. Directions are easy to follow. It comes with a plate to cover additional holes in the vanity.

Bought two of these faucets, one is perfectly fine, works great! The other one does not work good at all, you have to touch the sensor most of the time to turn the faucet on or off and sometimes it turn on then off right away. We called and had the control box replaced and that did not help, should have sent it back for a new one I guess??
