What are the two spray modes? If there are truly Two (2) spray modes, how do you access them? Are they trying to say that the normal flow is a "Spray Mode"?

I have been using this faucet for about a year. There are two different flows. The main flow, or flow that always occurs unless you change it, is a typical faucet flow. The other flow is accessed by pressing a button on the head of the faucet and it becomes a spray like the spray of a spray nozzle. It stays a spray until you press the button again or turn off the water. When you turn it back on, it is the normal flow regardless of what it was when turned off. The head of the faucet pulls out like a spray nozzle. I really like it and it is very convenient. The hardest thing to get used to was having only one handle for hot and cold water instead of two.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Quality After about six months of use, the faucet's valve started to make loud squeaking noises when turning on the faucet or changing the temperature. It sounded like how plastic on plastic would sound if rubbed together. I took the valve out but could not see where the problem was as it's a sealed valve cartridge. I've tried calling Glacier Bay's toll-free service/warranty number twice now and each time I get a voice message after five minutes waiting for me to leave a message for a call back. I've left two voice messages. It's been two weeks now and still no call back. I think they contract their parts and warranty service to a third party since the voice message mentioned another company's name. Not impressed at all with the quality of the product as well as the after-sales support.

Only issues are that it has now been 1.5 years and the rubber piece over the spray switcher on the faucet has ripped off and their ceramic disc cartridge does not prevent dripping.. this thing has dripped since day 1

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Buyer Beware - Display Faucet Not What is in Box! The faucet is beautiful and seems good quality for the price. The issue is the faucet on display is NOT what was in the box. The display unit has 2 hard buttons to switch between normal and spray. The one in the box has a rubber casing over the buttons that feels cheap. I assumed this was an issue with just my faucet so returned it and checked before I brought the second one home and it also had the rubber casing buttons. The customer service rep walked back with me and we opened every box and they were all wrong. So you'd assume this store had the wrong display. Nope go to the next closest store (I really wanted this faucet but with the hard buttons) and this store also had the hard buttons in display but all the actual units for sale had the cheap rubber casing. So I'm not sure if they just haven't changed out the displays (although there was a sign saying "New") or if there was a mistake with the last shipment, but there is definitely an error in my area between the display and what is in the box. And it's too bad because it's a beautiful faucet and feels like a more expensive faucet. Or at least the one on display at the store. The one in the box with the rubber casing buttons cheapens the feel of it and is the reason I'm now looking for an alternate since I've had bad experience with the rubber casing buttons.

I was a little worried that because of the low price, the quality just wouldn't be that good but I'm so happy I got this. The handle moves smoothly, the entire unit is sturdy and it looks great.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks great, short life span When we purchased this faucet in auscultation 2016 I was very impressed with the style and design for the money... although it took awhile to install as the lines proved are too short so it requires a trip back to the store to purchase other ones. The faucet worked well for about six months but over the course of a few days the handle turning the water on and off has pretty much completely seized making me think it already needs to be replaced, so overall I’m disappointed with this product.
