A: Make sure the handle is not too loose, it might just need a little bit of adjusting, on the handle itself, take off the red/blue button and use the Allen key that came with the faucet and try adjusting it, by putting the handle right in the middle and on a close position. I hope this helps
A: Carol; the direction of the hot water is to push the handle to the back of the faucet. I’ve had mine for a few years and love it!
A: Pull handle forward for cold, reverse for hot.
A: I did not install mine personally but for hot water, the handle goes toward the back and for cold I pull forward.
