Q:Is this supposed to retract on its own? Or have a way to keep the sprayer in place? I push it back manually, but the faucet head/sprayer slips back down about 1-2 and it doesn't stay seated. I have to go under the sink every time to pull on the hose.

I purchased the faucet as part of a Labor Day sale to replace a 22 year old Moen. After looking at comparable Moen faucets, and looking at the reviews for the Glacier Bay McKenna, I decided to give it a chance. I paid about $69 for the faucet. Installation was easy, good instructions, it looks beautiful and works very well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

Deck plate is not secure enough
Faucet was relatively simple to install. It works well, with the exception of having a buzzing noise when it is on full stream. Biggest problem is that the deck plate, used to cover all three holes in the stainless steel sink, does not have any method to fasten it down at the outer holes. It allows water to seep under the deck plate and gasket to the under sink area. It needs some type of attachment mechanism to secure the deck plate at both ends, as well as in the middle.

In regards to the deck plate, we recommend using silicone which will provide the seal needed to secure it to the sink.

I've only had this for 3 weeks. It was super easy to install. I wonder how well it will hold up to the hard water we have here. I have no issues with it so far. The hose retracts well, the sprayer works well, and it doesn't drip. Hope it lasts!

Fnatastic Budget Faucet
I was very hesitant about this store brand faucet, expecting a poor design. After 2 weeks of use, I am totally happy with this faucet. The spray/flow head is made of plastic, but the remainder of the faucet is metal. The installation took 10 minutes, and was performed with a 5/8" wrench (the installation did not need sealing tape) and nothing else as the body comes with a hand screw-on device that secures it to the countertop. The flow was measured at 1.25 gpm with a 30-50 psi well system.

Aerated spray is sloppy, not a clean stream
Following the instructions, I found the installation to be very easy! The next day, though, I found the aerated spray to be spitting out irregular streams to the sides. It wasn't at all like the previous day and how I would expect a new and clean faucet head to act. I carefully screwed it off, tried to wash and blow it out, but to no avail. It is irritating to have the water come out as if the aerator were partially clogged. It's not! I can't recommend this product just based on this issue.

Leaks in a spot you can't fix
Worked fine until it didn't. After about 6 months the connection from the hose to the nozzle started to leak.
No way to tighten it up. I can't find replacement parts. Looks like I need to buy a whole new faucet.

Don't last
I purchased 9/10/22. Took a few weeks to install. It's been less than 3 months and it has rust. Can imagine what it will look like later on. Since 90 days past I had to contact glacier bay homedepot. Only want to replace parts, and they don't have them all. Instead of just replacing or giving store credit. Replacing parts won't solve issue, it's bad quality, plain and simple.
