Q:Water is leaking out at the drain assembly, in the instruction manual it says to add silicone to the beveled side of the sink if it leaks. Is that the underside of the sink or in the bowl under the rim of the drain

Q:Maximum deck thickness is listed as 1.51", my sink has 2.08 " thickness. Can I modify the facet to use on this sink?

Chipping and Corrosion after only a couple months
Works fine, but the finish was peeling and corroding after only a couple months. Very disappointed!

Coating chips off, not high quality
I bought 2 of these during my bathroom reno and was in love w them. Until the black paint started chipping around the base. I am careful about what cleaners I use and this shouldn’t be happening. Now my brand new bathroom looks like, well, not a new bathroom. Sad that my expectations were not met.

Paint chipping off.
Just like the other reviews my paint started chipping off within months. I think I’ve had them 7-8 months now. Really disappointed. For the price I thought it would last much longer.

Painted chipped
So i went with this faucet because of the glacier bay name. Always had good luck woth their products but this time bot so much. Product looks great and wotked flawlessly. After about 6 months the black started to chip near the base. Once the paint begins to chip it looks horrible. We just replaced it woth another brand. This is in our downstairs 2/3 bath that gets the most use. I would recommend this for a bathroom that gets little use. All other bathrooms i would not.

Paint Chipping off
After about 4-5 months i noticed it start to chip on one of the handles and now about 8 months after install It looks Horrible. Looked really nice brand new but I need the product to not only work good but keep looking good for at least a few years. Dont waste your money, Not Worth It!!

Laser etching ruins the aesthetic!!!
The main spout base is laser etched on BOTH sides!! Why they would laser etch a black faucet is absurd!! Then, to laser etch it on both sides (so that you can't turn it and hide it) is asinine! I returned it for this reason. So stupid!
