Too high bowl water level and confusing button

I don’t like it because the static water level is too high and seems not adjustable. The button design is confusing, when you press down the less-water button, it triggers two buttons at the same time, it’s a bit counter intuitive. But already installed don’t want to return either.

Wow, what a wonderful upgrade for my bathroom

This Toilet System from Glacier Bay is a definite upgrade to our original outdated toilet that came with our home. The package arrived on a pallet and was very nicely packed to avoid any issues. The toilet box was inside a larger box and included all necessary hardware to install. The instructions were pretty clear, and came with an option of BILT app that can actually walk you through the installation process. This toilet has a power flush, and comes in two separate pieces, which makes it easier to complete the installation. The wax ring is also included along with the hardware, but make sure you follow the way they say to put the wax ring on. It appears to be a bit taller than my other one, which will make it easier for disabled or people with difficulty and pain. It will also save on water, it is 1.28/0.95 GPF, with an elongated style which I prefer. I highly recommend this item

Nice, powerful toilet

We selected this toilet because it is advertised as handling a larger load. We replaced an older standard model with it, which was in a popular location of the house and could not keep up with the demand without being plunged regularly. We have had this new toilet installed for a bit now and are so far very happy. We have not had to plunge yet and it has a powerful, efficient flush. It came with a wax ring, though we had to buy an additional braided hose connection because the water port is higher than our other toilet. It was simple to install , sits higher than a normal toilet - which I like and looks very clean and new.

Standard toilet

This Glacier Bay dual flush toilet was a very nice standard toilet. It has a nice finish and was comfortable to sit on. It does have the dual flush technology and the number 2 flush was powerful. It claims to flush pool balls but that experiment was not tested. Due to the dual flush, the inside of the toilet has more moving parts. More moving parts usually means something is going to break since it will get used more than twice a day. It came with everything you will need to install except for the supply line. I did like that the wax ring had the rubber piece in it but I did not like that all of the nuts were wing nuts.

Easy Installation and Efficient Dual Flush

I recently installed the Glacier Bay Power Flush 2-Piece Dual Flush Toilet and overall had a very positive experience. The toilet arrived in a large outer box with a smaller box inside containing the unit. Everything was very well packed, and all parts arrived in perfect condition. One thing I really appreciated was that the flushing mechanism inside the tank was already assembled, which made installation much easier. The package includes a detailed Use and Care guide with clear step-by-step instructions. There is also a free app available that provides interactive 3D installation guidance. Although I didn’t need to use the app since I’m already familiar with installing toilets, I thought it was a very impressive option for homeowners who may be doing this for the first time. Another big advantage is that the toilet comes with all the necessary installation accessories, including the slow-close seat, wax ring, bolts, and caps. That means you don’t have to make extra trips to Home Depot. One important thing to note is the wax ring installation. The instructions explain that instead of placing the wax ring on the floor flange, you turn the toilet bowl upside down and attach the wax ring around the raised outlet ring on the bowl. This is different from many traditional installations, so it’s worth reading the instructions carefully before starting. The installation itself should take less than an hour under normal circumstances. In my case it took longer because I had to remove the old toilet and prepare the area first. Also, this bowl is taller than my previous toilet, so I needed to purchase a longer water supply line, which added some extra time. Overall, I think this is a solid toilet. It looks better than my previous one and the dual-flush feature helps save water with both partial and full flush options. The seat is quiet and closes slowly, similar to higher-end models. I'm satisfied with the toilet and would recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient and easy-to-install option.
