My wall has paneling backed by plywood so I just use a couple of short wood screws. The kit comes with 2 drywall anchors and 2 screws . The back legs have a whole under the middle shelf both sides.
Hi Joe, thank you for your interest in the Glacier Bay Slat Style Spacesaver! I unfortunately do not have a sample handy to measure the size of the AA screws, but rest assured that the screws and all hardware are included with this spacesaver. There are also detailed instructions included in the package that you can preview on the product's Home Depot website page. Just scroll down to "Product Overview" and click the "Installation Guide" link on the right side of the page. Page 3 of the instructions contains actual-size drawings of all hardware included. Also, rest assured that if you do purchase this spacesaver and encounter any issues or questions, you can contact the manufacturer's U.S.-based Customer Service department for assistance. Thank you!
Mine is more of a chocolate brown, a very dark brown.
About 1/2 inch and it is square. There is a foot at the bottom that screws in that is round, and it is a little bit bigger... under 3/4".
Hi, thank you for your interest in this Glacier Bay over the toilet spacesaver. It is designed to fit over most toilets (up to 36 in. tall), so should fit over any standard and most "comfort height" toilets with plenty of clearance. Thank you!
Hi, thank you for asking about the Glacier Bay Slat Style Spacesaver! This spacesaver’s height from the floor to the bottom shelf is 36 inches, allowing it to fit over standard sized as well as most taller “comfort height” modern toilets. To be sure this will fit for your needs, please measure the space from your bathroom floor to the top of your toilet before purchasing. Thanks!
Mine is 36 inches from the floor.
It's very sturdy and able to hold just about anything you might want to put on it...that's appropriate for a bathroom. Towels, health/beauty/medical items, bathroom appliances, decor items, etc.
Yes, I would recommend you anchor to the wall, for sturdy use. Without anchoring it will wobble from side to side. The anchors are very small, you will not damage your wall.
No, but you can anchor it with the holes provided in the top middle portion. There is a bottom bar that runs in back of the commode that can keep it secured a certain amount.
