Easy to install in granite countertop with optional drill bit kit. It looks great and matches most brushed nickel faucets. Effectively unclutters the countertop.

Removal of pump stuck when refill
Had to use pliers to pull the pump off when refill is needed, every time. Plastic connection to head gets damaged and badly worn after many times use of pliers. Also, after 3yrs of use, refill bottle neck breaks due to weight of refill.

Poor assembly, crooked from factory.
When I got this thing home and unwrapped, I was disappointed to see the tip. It's attached to a thin shaft about four inches long, and has a distinct bend to the left. I was expecting the tip on the shaft to point straight down.
Bad assembly straight from the factory. It never should have shipped like this.

Modern Look, Easy Install
Purchased to replace an antiquated set of dispensers on an existing sink. This set was simple to install and looks great. The soap container plastic material is questionable and feels a bit brittle in the hands but these can be refilled from the top without having to remove and reinstall the container.
