This unit comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty so if there is ever an issue with the light, simply contact the Home Depot Customer Service Department at 1-855-434-5224 and they can assist you with getting a new sprayer head, free of charge.

    A:  Thank you. You can find the directions for the battery box on page 15 / section 2 of the installation instructions. If you no longer have the instructions, you can find them on the Home Depot website under faucet's product details.

      Q:My faucet was turning on and off by itself and then the sensor quit working. I purchased a replacement control box and installed it but the sensors and the led do not work at all? Now what?

        Horrible pressure
        At first this faucet was working great. I loved the sensor feature. About 1 year into having it installed we noticed the water pressure started to act up. We made sure our water hoses were short and untangled. We soaked the head to get debris out but to no avail. Now it hardly releases water and I cannot use the spray feature. I think for the $200 plus I spent it is NOT WORTH IT. Get a good brand.

          They’ve changed the sensor but still a great value
          As far as motion sensor faucets go this one is a steal for the price, we owned one of these in our old house for 7 years and loved it so much we purchased it again for our new house. The light did stop working on our old unit but we didn’t buy it for that. This newer one we bought it seems they’ve changed the way the sensor works and it’s not nearly as responsive as our old one. Overall it’s still a really good value and well built, even the soap dispenser is metal

            Works beautifully
            I waited 2 years for this to become available again and I love the touchless feature as well as the light. It works very well. The only negative I have is the finish on the faucet neck. After installation was complete, we discovered a flaw on the oil rubbed bronze finish that looks like the paint missed some spots. Quality control should have caught this and it's disappointing considering the price.

              The sensor stopped working after I put the battery in. I don’t know how to change it to manual I had This faucet for two years is beautiful but the sensor I’m having a problem with it

                Beautiful- horrible motion sensor.
                Three stars because the motion sensor is terrible. When you lift the handle (and don’t use the motion sensor) it turns the water off after 4 seconds. So, we don’t use the sensor and disconnected it and just use it like a normal faucet and it works great and looks beautiful. It does hide our hard water spots and the hose is wonderful. Only complaint is that the motion sensor is terrible.

                  Squeals Like Most
                  Easy installation! But that happiness was short-lived when it started yelling at us on Day 2. The part that diverts water to make the light come on doesn’t sit right and then comes this unlovely high-pitched screeching. After we called, customer service said to take the entire faucet back. Hubby was unwilling to do that. Instead, he removed the water diverter. It now works without the squeal, so now we’re just waiting for the occurrence of one of the other many issues listed in these reviews.
